@@DonnieF85same man. Even worse when I use to be a good athlete and run 7 minute miles all day and now at 38 after a decade of “hustle” I’m at 11-12 minute mile pace training for a marathon. Very humbling
@@ryangeorge3982 man that would be rough. I’ve actually never been a runner. I had to run when i went to the police academy but that’s it. So part of me figures having no running background it might take time to get faster. I can’t imagine I’ll ever run a 6 minute mile tho lol.
Man, started in May. Ran 7 miles other day. Kept it at what you say 180-age. Wild how good my 2,3 and 4 mile runs feel now. 4AM runs before work. Blessings Nick.
I've been working out for several years now, some months ago I wanted to start running and thanks to you I have the confidence of it being possible and sustainable.
Investment in automation paid off! I ordered one of those hats and am super stoked to see it arriving today, so thanks Nick and team! I’m training for my first half marathon right now and the content you’ve been putting out has kept me fired up through the whole process. Can’t wait to officially rep G1M!
Just bought some protein powder. Keep up the good work. Your videos are motivating for hybrid athletes. Which are all of us that have a sport, need to lift, do core, stretch and enhance mobility.
You got me Go One More Ciele hat all the way to England in under 3 days just in time for my marathon in Scotland. So cool to see the video of hat being packed!!
I’m curious what the strategy is on keeping everything in house. The purpose traditionally of outsourcing manufacturing goods is to reduce overhead and maintain core company qualities of what they’re good at. That’s why a manufacturing company like FoxConn has clients like Apple, Intel, etc. especially if growth is continuing to happen in demand. Best of luck with the new machine!!
I know this is Nick Bare but I love how he’s like yeah strength training intensity isn’t crazy then does a set of flys with almost the entire weight stack😂
Please please please do a video on the basics of strength training in the gym as a hybrid athlete. I run 20 miles a week and want to incorporate more exercises to build muscle but am terrified to make a fool out of myself in the gym. I go to a huge college so the rec center is intimidating. I can’t find a single video of a runner walking through some basic exercises to do.
Me too. What I found similar to the G1M was science in sports go electrolyte, that got me through my trail marathon across the Pennines. Plenty of carbs and sodium, no cramping at all
What watch do you prefer for training? I currently have a Garmin Instinct, but going to upgrade to a Fenix 6. I’m by no means an extreme athlete, but I’d like a watch (garmin preferred) that tracks a little more than my instinct does.
Need a training split any chance you can put one out or have one somewhere finished playing hockey and now hopefully going into the police academy in 150 lbs at 6 ft want to keep an athletic build but put on some size. Any suggestions are welcomed thanks!!
While that machine has high potential to cause a lot of waste, I appreciate that it helps save packaging waste. For that I may finally try some BPN protein powder 👍🏼
Ok was always on the fence but he's clearly juiced to the gills.. I know it never gets brought up but it's easy to recover from intense workouts and 80 mile weeks when your body full of GH
Great video, great inspiration. I’m training for the Leadville 100MTB for next August. What are your macros like? I know you said about 500g of carbs, but how much protein and fat are you consuming? Thank you
I'm really confused too - they just did all the pool and sauna install, and they moved out and are in a Townhouse in Austin and a bigger house in Nashville? Classic Nick though - changing things up every 10 minutes! I mean they had the warehouse gym, moved it, changed it, bought a new suite and built it out, had a cardio room, made it a conference room, built the podcast studio, moved it a room over and rebuilt it. It all changes so much.
@@benjamin.kelleyHahah yeah I think he still has all his Texas stuff But to grow their business in a new place, they will go back and force from Nashville to Texas

Im a beginner and documenting it! Thanks for sharing that.
I tell ya it sucks to see someone cruising a 6 minute mile when I’m dying at an 11 min mile. But I’m not giving up

Go one more has changed my life and the way I go about my fitness and daily life. Thank you Nick❤️
As an ex-packing engineer, I'm shedding tears of joy. Opera is beautiful!
Feels great when you finally hit a bit of fitness and can run non stop for a miles on end!

Do you have plans on bringing BPN Supps to Europe at some point?
Man you guys are kicking ass brotha 💪 💪 💪
Hey Nick, can you give us your weekly workouts like you did the last Marathon Prep? Love your videos, greetings from Germany :)
When are the Go Gels dropping?!?! Looking forward to trying them out!
2:37 you should donate to get a Go One More plaque on the bridge lol also big congrats on 1M!
Did you sell your house in Austin? Are you moving to Nashville full-time? Curious to know what the decision making process was
Top video. Thank you, Mr Bare.
Good to see a John sighting back in the vlog!

Start with push pull legs
Just search a beginner program on Google and look at the videos for each exercise
Have fun.
A buddy used to always give me hell for not counting the first rep! Glad to see I’m not alone.
Im closing the taper for the Wineglass marathon this Sunday! G1M is one the mantras for the run. Let's goooo!!
Going for Bremen this Sunday as well 🎉 Have a great race!

We need this hat!
As a basketball player and a gym addicted I must be an hybrid athlete. Thank for all
Crashing it brother! Well done 🎉
The pumpkin spiced whey is so 🔥, I ordered 3 more before it’s gone!
Nick, we need your products in EU. Please make it easier to order BPN goodies from Europe.

A list nutrition sell it in the Uk. Not sure if they also ship to Europe.

Yooooo that Austin 3:16 shirt is lit!
Hitting my peak 22 miler tm!
Question.. do you know the brand for the gray shirt of your wearing in the factory? I know its BPN but the blank that was used.
Great content
Thanks
Any plans to do a dexa scan? I’d be curious where your fat and lean mass is now vs the build/cut.

Alright nick whens the blue hat available?
Was thinking the same thing!
Protein sludge - my favorite breakfast! 🙌

Cool to see yall add those to the brand. I was always wondering when yall would come out with em!
Hi I am new to the channel, trying to find a good workout to get back into exercise. Any advice

My toaster broke... started using the grill in the cooker. No toaster required in the future lol
Love ladybird lake
damn dude now at 1m subs....went from watching a video of you getting out the army to this update
How do we get that Austin 3:16 BPN shirt?!?!
Ok was always on the fence but he's clearly juiced to the gills.. I know it never gets brought up but it's easy to recover from intense workouts and 80 mile weeks when your body full of GH
Beans on the rice… my guyyyyy🤘🏽
Anyone know what nick uses to vlog? Especially on his runs
What’s the cost of owning and operating that machine as opposed to hiring people to do it?
I’m way behind. Is Preston still with BPN?
Great video, great inspiration. I’m training for the Leadville 100MTB for next August. What are your macros like? I know you said about 500g of carbs, but how much protein and fat are you consuming?

Ima need y’all to get 30g of carbs in those gels 😅
Can’t wait for probably Black Friday to see all their new stuff be launched.
Esse cara me expira "one go more".
This guy exhales me "one go more". 🇧🇷🇧🇷
What was the calories and macro breakdown for that day?
have you moved out of your Austin home? and moved to Nashville?
Is it possible to ship to Germany?
Is that a BPN Stone Cold Steve Austin shirt? Take my money
Which brand of egg whites do you use? If I used a whole cup of egg whites, it would be a lot runnier and tastes pretty awful.
How many minutes before your running are you consuming GM1 sport??
We have the Sam mugs Nick 😂
