I love that Bruce is learning to cut loose and and not stuck in his stick-in-the-mud ways anymore. That trip to Sakaar certainly did wonders to his self-esteem!

Well he kinda had to stuck in the mud because of the whole angry hulk smash thing. Professor Hulk doesn't have to worry so much about that ... though he is more boring as a result.
I like that Bruce is trying to teach her that even though she may plan on just going back to a regular lawyer, the fact that she is a hulk like him will bring challenge or trouble no matter what. So the least he can do is train her to control her strength n ways where its effective n can possibly avoid the collateral damage he has always brought as a raging out of control hulk.

CGI looks ALOT better than it did in the trailers. Props to the VFX team for doing the best they can in their horrible working conditions.

I know this show is about cousin She Hulk, but I hope there's at least a quick line getting us caught up on what Banner's been doing since Endgame. Seems pretty upbeat for a guy who lost two friends (three if you count old man Rogers) and darn near had his arm incinerated.
Its the mcu. Theres no stakes at all.

I literally see no problem with her CGI anymore. They will never get away from the weird-factor, which is that she is supposed to look hot and human whilst being a big green beast. Hulk is just a big monster with a bit of Ruffalo's face on it.

I'd say she isn't on par with deadpool, his are much more specific jokes catered towards the audience and not just little clips, although She-Hulk's jokes are still good.

As a hulk-fan my expressions are the same as THE INCREDIBLE HULK when they show she-hulk more powerful.
Remember Bruce's strength increases due to rage (which he's gotten good at keeping in check). Jen's strength increases due to confidence, which she's feeling pretty strongly there. She would be stronger than him right there. But his strength can climb higher than hers.

Tell me you've never read Marvel comics without telling me you've never read Marvel comics.
Calm Hulk maxes out at about 65 tons. For reference, Thor is more than twice as strong as that. If Hulk gets mad, his strength increases, and there's no known/observed upper limit. He will pass Thor pretty quickly when enraged. Back before he became Professor Hulk and learned to sustain the transformation without staying angry, he would revert to human form at the the level of calmness we see in this trailer.
Meanwhile, She-Hulk's baseline is higher, closer to 75 tons. Since her strength and Hulk-form don't come from rage, she can stay green while calm indefinitely, or at least until she falls asleep (and even then she has sometimes retained her Hulk form while unconscious in the comics). Her strength will increase if she starts to get overconfident, although not to the same degree as Banner's. I don't know if she can even get to 100 tons, but if so that's probably her cap.
They got it right in the clip, at least with regard to him vs. her punching the ground. I don't know about the balance thing. Maybe they'll show that Jen does yoga?

To be fair I think Hulk is just more in control of his strength and is able to hold back more than She-Hulk or at least I hope that's the case

She seems like a bland character imo just another constant joke cracking, female character that all have the exact same personality just this time green and strong and a lawyer, literally has the exact same personality as Tammy, every animated female superhero character, captain marvel, Gwen Stacy from into the spider verse, the entire female ghostbuster squad from that movie, and basically all “strong” female characters that aren’t overly bubbly or a downer (the other two common personality types)

@@askiani His right arm was in a sling in the She-Hulk trailer explaining how Shulkie got her powers, so I am assuming it's after Endgame.
I absolutely love the cousin rivalry these two have; Bruce's, "Little punk" and Jen's teasing makes me incredibly excited for this! Bruce has been a comfort character of mine for a while, and I can't wait to see him some more, with the addition of a new hero.
I will say Bruce seems unbelievably upbeat through everything he's been though from his childhood to the end of the infinity saga, but I'm glad to see him less awkward and more confident in himself :)
(I understand this is about introducing Jennifer to the MCU but If we don't get a little of Bruce's backstory, perhaps provoked by Jen making a remark about childhood stuff I will riot! /J )

Completely irrelevant but I just have to say, RUclips commenters and fans that hang around this platform are remarkably non toxic, coming from looking at Marvel and Star Wars posts on Facebook 90% of the time, it's such an amazing change and I think i'll avoid anything on Facebook from now on.
Everybody commenting on Facebook is so toxic, insecure, aggressive and too worried about "wokeness" and "political correctness", I had an argument with one last night that was claiming that disney's agenda is to remove or make a joke out of all white straight males in the mcu.
Mans literally said that they killed off Tony Stark and Steve Rogers to replace them with Riri Williams and Sam Wilson just to push their political view and oppress those males, then in the same sentence said they removed Dr Strange from Wanda Vision because they didn't want a strong male figure saving the day. To which his reasoning was that "Kevin Fiege admitted to removing a scene with Dr Strange from Wanda Vision", even said all of my reasoning and evidence was "excuses", which i provided plenty of apparently.
Can't say i'm surprised as his location was Michigan but god, that argument exhausted me, it's never worth it.
Anyway, sorry for the rant. I had nobody else to tell and i'm super bored 🤣

I don’t like the idea of her just being “better than the Hulk” so early on. Now I don’t know if she’s had her powers for four days or four years, but it shouldn’t matter against someone who has had these powers for over a decade (and has considerably more mussel). There is no way that she can punch harder or leap further than the original Hulk after having these powers for less than one year.
That being said, I like the idea of her struggling to find normalcy with her being a Hulk. I like the idea that she finds pointlessness in Hulk training due to her wanting to continue her profession as a lawyer, a field where Hulk powers wouldn’t be helpful.
When they first showed the trailer for this series, I was worried that they were going to make She Hulk an “already overpowered” and “perfect” hero, and I don’t want that. I like seeing heroes struggle to find themselves and I like seeing these ordinary people (in extra-ordinary situations) run into complications when trying to balance their hero lives with their normal lives, something that Bruce proved is nearly impossible as a Hulk because the Hulk side comes with no secret identity and you are forever labeled as a Hulk.
I am glad that she (in this clip) appears to be struggling with the logistical attributes of the Hulk side of her new life. This is a great point of character internal conflict and I’m glad it’s a part of the story.
I hope Matt Murdock (in this series) helps to teach her to better grab hold of her human identity by being a good lawyer in court, without turning Green, while also helping the Hulk side of her by teaching her not to bring lethal Hulk strength to a back alley brawl, as Daredevil.
I really want real character moments in this series. Not silver platter success like we saw in Ms. Marvel. But real character struggles and deep character moments that help to shape the character’s SLOW rise to becoming a hero and learning to be in balance with their hero side, and finding themselves in the process. That is the MCU I know and love.
I don't actually think this is meant to represent her being "stronger and better" than Hulk. She's just catching on quicker than he did. It makes sense she would be able to balance better and It's kinda obvious that he was putting less force into that "ground pound".
I think the point is, he intends for her to learn at a slower pace but is annoyed by how fast she is progressing because he's a bit jealous.

The CGI Really Looks Much Better!!
Marvel Really Did Hear Our Complaint.
Or the VFX team has been continuously working on refining the VFX because they weren't finished when the teaser dropped. I don't see anything here that indicates that they've changed directions in any way based on people complaining. People complained about nothing because they don't understand that VFX takes time and this is a very difficult effect to pull off, so there was no reason to assume that they'd be finished months before the show comes out.

The thing that bugs me about this she hulk release is that whenever Jennifer transforms into she hulk, literally nothing happens except her skin turns green, I hope they make her a little more buff in the actual series. Other than that, no hate.
She Hulk in the comics was RIPPED, Lean, and cut. This She Hulk has barely any muscle definition

I wonder if Bruce Banner is holding back his Hulk strength because he knows Government like Gerneal Ross was chasing him and try use his own blood as a weapon. I think he dosen't want her to go through the same thing that he went through went he first became the hulk. When Gerneal Ross was chasing him all over Brazil and then America while he was looking for a cure for himself. I mean that how Emil Blonsky turn into The Abomination in MCU. Even she mentioned there fight in trailer when he saw him Emil Blonsky (Tim Roth) in prison. There might be some conflict of her defending Emil Blonsky with her and Bruce Banner. I think this show going going be set up with Gerneal Ross creating Thrunder Bolts with Emil Blonsky going be his recruit and might set up Daredevil show too. She might realize she made a mistake in the end. But she going have realize she going have make her temper more in check. Something that Bruce was teaching her. Because if her temper isn't in check they going to turn on her like how what happened to Bruce Banner went nuts in Ultron movie.

The main difference is that Hulk has very human-like brown eyes while She Hulk has green eyes. Because all in all the CGI has been good since the first trailer. RUclips "blurring" the already smooth face of She Hulk just makes it look more animated than Hulk

I've read a handful of comics of hers as a kid and other hulk comics. Can't wait for her show.
I never disliked her character or comic book, I just was not interested in girl hero's at the time. The only girl hero that even remotely interested me was Mary Marvel.

I’m excited for the dynamic between two very intelligent cousins who function differently. The hulk/Bruce will continue to be an internally organized, scientific, and outwardly messy character. While the She-Hulk will be an externally organized, logical, and inwardly messy character. Their relationship will probably be one of my favorites this season.

Yeah... I wish they’d stop nerfing male characters just to create “strong female characters”. She-Hulk is a straight beast in her own right but she is NOT stronger than Hulk in any iteration , so that kinda irritates me that they have to make him weak in order for her to appear “strong”. If you’re referring to the rock throw, hulk literally barely moved his arm to throw it, while she-hulk had to put more strength into it. If you’re referring to the balancing scene, hulk is literally stronger in muscle mass, obviously he would struggle a little it’s common sense. Hulk jump: she's able to do a graceful landing even after being caught by surprise and yeeted off a cliff.
Thunderclap: even though he doesn't have anger fuelling his strength, Banner's body mass wouldn't be able to be sent flying like Malgus with such a weak Thunderclap.

@GREEN Apparently it's after Endgame, which is even worse considering the fact that Professor Hulk is stronger at base strength but it's the weakest of all forms since he reverts back to Banner when angry. Smart Hulk can't even get stronger when he gets pissed, which is already s slap to the face. 😑😑

I do enjoy Professor Hulk, but I really hope we get the real Hulk back in the MCu at some point. I'd love for them to explore the world war hulk storyline, though it'll be hard as half the characters that were in it either aren't in the MCU yet or are dead.

Thats professor hulk Og hulk is much more about smashing things and being a wrecking ball,his professor form gives Bruce banner intelligence and brains in exchange for less rage fuelled smashing!

This is the issue with modern lead female roles. She don't need to train or struggle, she is from the start perfect. She can do everything Bruce learned in years. It would be much more interesting if we see her character grow to her powers and fight for the success. But I am curious what the story will be.
Brace yourself man, it's just going to go downhill as it did after spiderman no way home... heck, even thor who underwent so many trials, who worked very hard, lost his mum, dad, brother, and home got stripped off of his own identity as the god of thunder and a king of his people...

You haven't seen the show yet, but alright.
She has different struggles. That's kind of the point. She's a different character than Bruce, and the challenges she'll face are completely different. It would be pointless to introduce a new character only to tell the same story again. Jen has always been different from Bruce in the comics. And Bruce isn't at full Hulk strength at the moment.
