Excellent details .perfect video. Many thanks. With respect to all bikes i will stay with my honda rebel 500. Light reliable and best quality. After 6 years of riding....

I bought the Vulcan 3 years ago and i love my little baby. i have the miller exhaust. i think, it looks better and a have a more powerful sound. I also changed a lot on my motorcycle. another license plate holder, turn signals, saddle and so on. to me she looks, almost, perfect.
I had a Volusia years ago and loved it. Now I'm riding its successor, a 2015 C50T, which I bought used last year with hardly any miles on it for under $6,000. So far I'm very happy with it.
I've spent 12 years with K9 model (bought brand new in 2009), I had zero issues and made some 65k km (some good third of it in Austrian Alps). Getting back to riding after three years, I bought an older Volusia (a 2003 model), carburetor operated - and I see only very few and very minor differences in overall performance and none zero in my feeling of satisfaction. Great video dude. I'm considering buying a Kawasaki Vulcan 2019 as my daily commuter in the city. What do you think? Is it up for the task or the suspension is not that comfortable for that?
Thanks! I’d say go for it. I got the opportunity to test ride the Vulcan a few months after making this video. The engine is engaging and very tractable for around town riding & fun for highway cruising. Suspension is pretty good for the price point. If you are in the US, check Kawasaki’s demo ride calendar on their website, you might be able to find one in your area for a test ride as well. Good luck!
i love my Bolt R spec its a phenomenal ride and a vance and hines intake and exhaust really wake the bike up with a low and mean highway bar longer rides get comfortable
Nice video! I bought my 2021 Vulcan S around August of last year. Was a choice between the Rebel & Bolt. I am very pleased with my choice. I've done many mods but have yet to add an exhaust as the stock one is trash. Very informative video and a great set of bikes.
Thank you, I'm glad you liked the video. The Vulcan is a great choice, there are a bunch of exhaust options, pick the one with the best weight saving & power gains. Ride safe!
@@RiderXp just installed the Delkevic Ceramic 16" slash cut full exhaust. Wow... what a difference. I can literally hear the bike now. Very happy with the look as well.

Oops... I bought my first cruiser before watching this... I got an Indian Scout Bobber. 1133 CC's and it's pretty easy to learn on. Sure a little heavy in the slow maneuvers but it feels flickable at speed. There's a lot of power there so just need some throttle discipline.

Appreciate the hard work. Great job, lots of good info. Only complaint is that when you show the chart with all the bikes lined up, it's hard to tell which one is which. Again, a helpful video. I just got a an older ACE. Love everything about it except the speedometer location.

Thanks That was a really good comparison video. i own a 2012 shadow and like it very much. Ive been watching the rebel 500 for the lower weight. I am 74 y/o and think the lighter bike would be easier for me to handle at the curb. Just can't find any around here in eastern Massachusetts.
I wouldnt toch a bike with the millwaukee engine with a bargepole or the enfield 650 compared to yamaha bolt. The rocket 3 triumph maybe 24K usd but its a helluva lot of bike for the money, very fast, comfortable and very reliable and there are many 2.3 rockets on the secondhand market with well over 50K miles on them and many owners love them. I love the triumph thunderbird 1700 twin and the LT is fully dressed and a really beautiful bike with beautiful paint and finish and the 1600 is a bit down on power compared to the 1700 but the torque figures in the real world is really good in that it pulls like a train from almost tickover and the thunderbird sport and commander 1700 are badass looking with the twin headlights and great standard styling but put a more open pipe and it will breathe better and will run better. I cant believe the great value secondhand in the states and they keep their value well here in europe as theyre getting a great reputation as a bike that lasts well, is durable and reliable and the real deal.
The triumph bonneville bobber is nice and seems to be reliable. Royal Enfields have benefit of price but the quality is questionable and like Harley, the finishes seem to tarnish and fasteners and mudguards and exhausts for example and centrestands seem to rust badly as the durability is poor due to cost cutting with paint quality. The old 1950s BSA bikes chrome, paint and finish as well as the frames were treally good and the chrome quality was even better than the old japanese bikes like the yamaha XS6t0, Honda 750 fours and kawasaki and suzuki z and gs series of bikes which were built like tanks and would do 50000 miles or more just with basic maintenance of oil, filter and greasing of bearings, bushes and occasional brake pads replacement and maintenance of brake fluid and brake caliper servicing and rear chain maintenance. I rode a high mileage suzuki GS 750 around Adelaide every day x and crossed from Adelaide to Melbourne then to Sydney then inland over 200 miles and back and running around sydney and new south wales several months in 1987, the bike cost less than 500 usd and never missed a beat even with points and no electronic ignition. Even with over 90000 kms on the speedo it was a superb, durable and reliable bike good for 120mph even then and you could thrash the hell out of those engines and if you kept the oil level correct and changed it even in those days when i used castrol which was a market leader in oil the engines were superb and the old gs1000 fours were even drag raced and heavily tuned running turbos and nitros injection and the crankshafts were well known amongst tuners as being amonst the very strongest. Now the busas and gsxr motors are also legendary and well done to suzukis designers for that. Its not for nothing their engine reputation when you see DR650s, V Stroms racking up huge mileages frequently.
out of these bikes ide choose the indian scout but honestly ide much rather have a triumph street cup or scrambler or a royal enfield interceptor. but now i ride a 200o triumph legend that is comparable in size and power to the best of these handles excellently leans well is as reliable as a honda and looks as good as the classicly styled bikes on here.
Nice video and great information. 2 suggestions for future videos: 1. Put in verbal "paragraph breaks" when you move from one bike to the next. (I couldn't tell you had moved on to the next bike until you had already said a lot about it. I had to pause & rewind a few times.) 2. The subtitles cover the bottoms of those fantastic comparison charts you included. Keep making these great videos! 🙂
Thank you for the thorough feedback. Will keep this in mind for future videos. You can also view the specs comparison graphics on my website that i just launched for that specific reason www.riderxp.com
Honda Rebel 500 😊…. Great video! I subscribed!! I haven’t upgraded my exhaust yet, cuz I just can’t see spending $500 to improve on the sound. Maybe I’ll change my mind after another 1000 miles🤔
Thanks! And that Rebel is a good choice. The stock exhaust is pretty good. An aftermarket would also save weight and a good one with a tune would improve power delivery as well. But you don’t have to do it until you really see the value in all that. Ride safe!
Don't waste money on exhaust. It's retarded. I put 30k miles on four bikes and they all work fine with the original exhausts. I wear earplugs anyway. If you want to spend money, spend it on storage so you can travel and enjoy your bike on long rides.
rebel 500 price is the same in korea money when converted to $6500...but $9800 in case of vulcan 650s in korea...even if i choose valcan 650s...i believe it is high worth it, isn't it? In honest i love those bikes bolt 950 rebel vulcan and better than harley i think!

Nice video! Thanks. For me, the looks are important. I find the best looking is the Harley 883, followed by the Indian Scout Bobber and the Rebel 500.
Thanks! The Harley & Indian are my top two in terms of looks!
Kawi vulcan 900 is a great bike you didn't mention
Good point. Maybe next time. Thanks for watching.
Vulcan 900 ... for the win!
What about the triumph speedmaster and bobber? Great channel by the way, love it!
Great bikes, but I decided to draw the line at 7 bikes and avoid cluttering the video with too much information to digest.
I love Honda products BUT do not like the fuel tanks on the new Rebel line. Harley got the sound down for me.
If I could afford it, indian scout for sure. Realistically, I wanna get a vulcan s.
Thanks for sharing. I find them both pretty good looking.
Thanks for the audio comparison!
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching.
3.5 years.. Going strong.. Vulcan S !
Awesome!
Very good video! Good job, sir!
Glad you find it helpful. Thanks for the kind words. Please share it with others and help me grow.
Bolt Rspec for the win!!!
I actually like that one quite a lot now, especially since I have a Yamaha as well.
Thanks for this video you made it lot simpler!
My pleasure, thanks for the support!
Best comparison I've seen
Thanks for your kind word. I appreciate it.
out of these bikes ide choose the indian scout but honestly ide much rather have a triumph street cup or scrambler or a royal enfield interceptor. but now i ride a 200o triumph legend that is comparable in size and power to the best of these handles excellently leans well is as reliable as a honda and looks as good as the classicly styled bikes on here.
Great video with plenty of information 👍
I wish they still sold the shadow in Canada. That blue and white is nice
Honda Rebel 500!
I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks.
I’m glad! Thanks for watching!
Honda used carbs for a long time, and not the reliable universal carbs that are used on Harleys...
Such a great vid! Thanks!
I’m glad you found it helpful, thanks for watching. Please share with others that you think might benefit from it.
Thanks for the video....
Good info. Great bikes.
My pleasure. Thanks for the support!
Vulcan S
I love your comparison, such details. That's so hard
Thank you very much. Means a lot… makes all the effort worth it!
Rebel all day every day 🔥🤩
It's a great fun bike! Thanks for watching and supporting!
Honda Shadow Phantom has a good sound and the Bolt-Rspec
Very good comparison! Thanks!
I'm glad you liked it. Thanks!
Honda 👍
The Honda rebel or the bolt r spec would most likely be the one I buy. However looks and style wise the Indian wins
Exactly my thoughts about them.
Nice video and great information. 2 suggestions for future videos:
1. Put in verbal "paragraph breaks" when you move from one bike to the next. (I couldn't tell you had moved on to the next bike until you had already said a lot about it. I had to pause & rewind a few times.)
Why on earth wasn't the Vulcan Custom 900 included into the list? It's even better than a Vulcan S and better for taller riders..
Great video I want a two seater cruiser. Yamaha make would be perfect.
Thank you!
To be honest , I prefer forward controls
Honda Rebel 500 😊…. Great video! I subscribed!! I haven’t upgraded my exhaust yet, cuz I just can’t see spending $500 to improve on the sound. Maybe I’ll change my mind after another 1000 miles🤔
Thanks! And that Rebel is a good choice. The stock exhaust is pretty good. An aftermarket would also save weight and a good one with a tune would improve power delivery as well. But you don’t have to do it until you really see the value in all that. Ride safe!
You can get the Shorty GP exhaust for the Rebel 500 for around 60$.
@@TOTiDAU Thanks! I’ll check it out😊
@@rickstark1917 go on my channel and listen to the Ozzy muffler made for your bike. I upgraded on my motor bike it’s sound like Harley Davidson.
Don't waste money on exhaust. It's retarded. I put 30k miles on four bikes and they all work fine with the original exhausts. I wear earplugs anyway. If you want to spend money, spend it on storage so you can travel and enjoy your bike on long rides.
No rushes man Im wating for Royal Enfiel.
Patience is a virtue ;)
Nice video. 👍(Vulcan S)
Thank you. Good choice by the way, if i were to buy one of these, i’d pick between the Bolt & the Vulcan
Kawasaki Vulcan S...❤️😍❤️👍❤️
Honda rebel for the win
👍🏼
Love your content man!
Thank you. I'm glad you loved it.
Excellent review! Just subscribed.
Thanks! More videos coming…
Left out the Kawasaki Vulcan 900.
Excellent comparison. Thanks
I’m glad you liked it. Please share it with others who may like it. Thanks!
even at 100kmph already deadly
True
Very well done video. Thank you.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching.
Yamaha bolt ❤
I'm goin with the 2023 shadow phantom not the puke green model though 😂
rebel 500 price is the same in korea money when converted to $6500...but $9800 in case of vulcan 650s in korea...even if i choose valcan 650s...i believe it is high worth it, isn't it?
In honest i love those bikes bolt 950 rebel vulcan and better than harley i think!
The Vulcan is definitely more exciting than the Rebel. The bolt is also a lot of fun. Can't go wrong with either.
I like your approach to reviews. Comparing all specs like that. I had to go back in my history to re-watch this. Keep it up. subbed
Thank you, means a lot! More content coming soon.
The horsepower and torque specs on the Suzuki C50 are incorrect. It has around 53 hp and 52 lb-ft of torque.
