Plot Summary: Mark's and his daughter Eleanor’s lives were changed forever 10 years earlier when she was turned into a vampire. Seemingly frozen in time at the age of 12, Eleanor has lived a closed-in life, able to go out only at night, while her father does his best to provide her with the human blood she needs to stay alive. Now they’ve returned home to New York City, desperate to find a cure.
About the show: Let the Right One In is an American psychological horror drama television series developed by Andrew Hinderaker, inspired by the novel of the same name by Swedish writer John Ajvide Lindqvist. The series stars Demián Bichir as Mark Kane, alongside Madison Taylor Baez, Anika Noni Rose, Grace Gummer, Ian Foreman, and Kevin Carroll. It premiered on Showtime on October 9, 2022.

I like that each charger has a story in this series. It's a series, a great one at that.
I feel like the original movie was so good that this show is like eh compared to it. Maybe if I didn’t see the original movie at first, I would’ve felt different. In the original movie, there isn’t that much emotions involved and I think I liked that instead. She’s cold but is trying to “relate”, Ellie in this show is too much like a normal kid and that bugs me. 😅
It has zero connection to the movies and book. It's a completely different take. It's a very good series
