Honestly, I do about Fallon, but I absolutely love that y'all didn't use Twitter's new name Huh, given the recent news, I was expecting this list to be egregious, not light-hearted. It has to stay on trend I guess Fallon couldn’t get through a sketch on SNL without laughing, now he’s forcing himself to laugh every night. The way he fakes his laughs is the most annoying part about his shows We must have a different definition of being called out This whole video feels like a collection of making mountains out of molehills. LOL JIMMY'S FAKE LAUGH! Let's not forget that he's in trouble for creating a toxic work environment. You don't understand the meaning of called out, do you?
Fallon always looks so uncomfortable like he's having a non-stop talking about me too much okay an anxiety attack and doesn't know how to reply so just laughs and doesn't know what to do with his hands so just profusely rubs them together and claps. How the hell does he have a job? was not dating another girl about your mother was here live-action was good dancer you miss okay and his whole family was dancing 2 Jimmy on the podcast was the worst show ever I am forgot to my party was old son like a he was a kid in that day okay guess who talking was not me The Brighter eyes the Star, the darker the Shadow it casts You can actually see Jimmy's soul leave his body in terror.
The truth is dear Jimbo made a deal with the Devil, ironically, with the choice to either be funny or famous. If reports about I hate "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" being a toxic work environment come out, that would actually break my heart because I love that show, and Colbert is awesome. It’s 9/11 you should have done a Top 10 Changes done by 9/11 I was very upset about these toxic workplace allegations that are being placed towards Jimmy Fallon. I used to have a pretty decent respect for this talk show host when I was a teen, but now I'm just disappointed in this guy. If what the talk show staff say about Jimmy Fallon's bts mistreatment towards his own workers is true, then Idk why I would continue to watch his anymore. Unless it's looking back at the good old days of the show. I’ve always hated his interviewing and monologues. Every once in a while the pre-written games were mildly amusing, but that hasn’t been true for years. was barking like a dog was twerking on a video chip I was singing that in the past sang Top 10 Jimmy Fallon Tonight games host on the Show he was not in my party cloud in the nightmare he did not see what happened in the blackout was he fall in he was sleeping did not see me there okay from his own house her mother rock the party hard okay.

Omg I see people like this in retail too
      Me: “Hello, how are you?”
Them: (if I’m lucky and it’s somehow a good day) HAHAHAHAHAHA
      Me: “your total is 32.16”
      Them: “HAHAHAHAHA”
When they’re not laughing they’re being rude by either talking over me, giving me a hard time when their card declines, interrupting my conversation with the customer I was already with, or not even saying hi and just going like “how much is this”
It’s best to not entertain them by not reacting

Conan is definitely the GOAT when including the culture, backstage at his show. In front of the camera, I'll still take Dave Letterman (coincidentally, Conan's biggest artistic influence) but there were definitely problematic things going on behind the scenes with him.

@@veteransforequality7347 Well, Colbert and Seth Meyers are, In my opinion, the best interviewers. That doesn't make them the best overall hosts, though. Both are a bit too political for me and Conan, even after taking over Late Night from the guy who completely changed and revolutionized the late night talk show, still created a show that was original and fit his gifts perfectly. Plus, Longevity has to be given consideration in GOATdom. 33 years for Dave, 30 for Johnny and 28 for Conan ...with a small interruption to allow for the treachery of NBC and Jay Leno. Johnny, Dave and Conan are my personal top 3.

I have one for you, when a Disney film Lilo and Stitch was in production, there was this flight scene in the film where it has to be alter due to the real life tragedy of 9/11. Initially, in the film we were supposed to get a flight scene where Jumba flies an actual plane in a city like setting while chasing after Captain Gantu. But then, they ended up charging the whole sequence with a much more tropical accurate scenery for the chase scene with the plane being replaced with an alien like space ship, (which Jumba and Pleakley may have used to get to earth prior) and the city-like settings to the Hawaiian mountains.

I also think there's something very sympathetic and human about him. He's not the kind of guy who goes to sleep at night genuinely believing he's above other people, he reaches for the bottle because otherwise he will ruminate.
Still, he has the hollywood disease of treating his employees like shit and creating a toxic environment due to his constant moodswings and taking his feelings out on staff. When he was called out, exactly zero people on staff felt inclined to say nice things about him, and I think that is very telling. He coasts a lot on charm, but there's apparently not a lot of it behind the scenes.

I was very upset about these toxic workplace allegations that are being placed towards Jimmy Fallon. I use to have a pretty decent respect for this talk show host when I was a teen, but now I'm just disappointed in this guy. If what the talk show staffs say about Jimmy Fallon's bts mistreatment towards his own workers is true, than Idk why I would continue to watch his anymore. Unless, if its looking back at the good old days of the show.

I’m still surprised. I’ve seen so many people comment on how they can’t stand Jimmy Fallon’s fake laugh (for many years now) So why does he still do that stupid fake laugh? and always saying “you’re so great” & “that’s my favorite” & “that’s the funniest thing I’ve heard” etc:
