Man i absolutly love that uncut, raw behind the scenes look at an Event like this. Its so cool to see all the little things you have to look out for. Ive learned a lot from this! Thanks man!
Nice video! One question, what did you study to get here? I am planning on doing the same but I need some inspiration. How did you get in steadicam events??
I did go to college for video but it's hard for me to recommend it. Most of the nolage and connections to get to this point is really from starting as a PA and working your way up. I would keep the money and use it to float the very low rates you will be living of of in the beginning. It sounds bad but it's not forever, I wish you luck!
@@SteadiRed would something like a tilta wireless nucleus nano work? do you have any recommendations? my apologies by the way. I'm just starting out trying to learn about the steadicam. haven't bought a rig yet though!
How did the rig get massively unbalanced if the guy didnt change anything on the rig when you gave it to him? No disrespect i just want to know where or how it happened because i have no idea. Great work . Looks like a lot of preassure.
After looking into it I found that the the batteries where moved. They where pushed in and tilted in. Thanks! It is a lot of pressure but that can be fun too. 😁

Hey, I'm curious, was there a focus puller with you ?
Did you end up watch the premiere?
I did 😁
Jeez I was sweating the entire time
Hahaha, trust me. I was too
hey man, I was wondering, how you keep the shot in focus while constantly moving?
on the gimbal handle I have a small wheel I can turn with my finger that controls focus. with practice it becomes more automatic.
