As someone who started 3D modeling recently, I say go for it. It won't be easy to learn at first, but with time it gets easier and tbh it's so satisfying and so worth it. Just takes time, practice, and patience.

@@Nxftqiue I design models for vrchat/vtubing, personal character busts, and stuff for fun. I just watch other people stream 3D art on twitch to learn how they work, I don't specifically go to videos or other content unless I really need help on a very specific topic like how to use specific effects in blender--or if I just like watching a person's process of modeling. Again, it's not easy, but it's so worth it in the end and I've met so many cool people since I started 3D modeling that will help if I need it.

@@wall-e5869 that's your own opinion. If it's "not worth it" for you, then maybe it's not something you should be doing. It's worth it for me because it's fun. And if someone wants to do it for fun, then they should at least try it. I'm not going to discourage someone from trying something they're interested in just because someone else thinks there's actual "worth" attached to having fun making stuff, sorry.

For what he's doing you only need anatomy, what he shows it's only for posing, this does not work for animation, any texturing aside polypaint, and for videogames is FAR from polished to be used there, but for just showing, learing anatomy and learning sculpt you can do it within a year
I know this might be a difficult ask but please can you do a tutorial on how to model a realistic person male or female
he has tutorials for this on gumroad, but they cost money.

What computer do you have now?
my familys computer has 4gb ram and integrated graphics, and it can handle like 700 000 vertices comfortably enough, that's the highest ive gone tho. idk if youve tried blender and it didnt run, but if not its def worth a go, runs better than youd think

No no it's literally that. Not a single person on earth that knows how to correctly sculpt out a head and body from a sphere needs to be told "add a sphere, duplicate a shoe lace, add a finger". This is a text book example of a terrible "how to"

I’m mad the sculpt tool doesn’t work for me it barely changes the mold and does smooth just adds more geometry
There are some options, at least in blender, that controls if it adds new geometry or not also try to scale up the "brush" and you will see more drastic change.
