    I love neckbones, but the potatoes is over cooked that way., I always let my neckbones cook first then add the potatoes 3/4 later., oh what do I know, to each there own tho..., always great job Rosie....

      Maybe use whole potatoes.
      These potatoes are perfect imo. It's how us hispanics cook them in soup, gotta make sure they soak up all the broth after cooking.

    I made this tonight and it was delicious. This one is definitely a keeper in my house. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. My potato hating son, gobbled it all up and asked for more. Thanks Rosie!

    I made this yesterday & OMG it is so good! I couldn't find 3lbs of pork neck bones so I added some beef oxtails I had and they came out perfect. The fatty oxtails made for more liquid so I added a corn starch slurry to thicken it once done cooking. I also added a bay leaf at the start and some carrots the last hour. You will not be disappointed!

      To add to what Perri has said yes you can.
      My wife does this all the time with ox tails and they come out just as juicy.That crock pot is something else.
      Have all the meat sliding off the bone.
      But we have tried the neck bones to the T as she has done and let me tell you you'll cry!
      They are so dang good!

    I brought neck bones for the first time ever due to stores being empty without meat when this COVID-19 first started. I did this recipe without the potatoes and added diced jalapeños. When I tell you this shit was sooooo goodt!!!! My first time cooking this and also eating this, I will adding this to my dinner menu. Thanks so much!!!!

    I saw neck bones, I could NOT open this up fast enough. My favorite is Lima beans and neck bones. If you had a restaurant I'd be there EVERYDAY !!!❤👏🤩

    I thought you boiled then poured water off & added more. I’m only mentioning cause I didn’t like someone instructed & woke up vomiting. My mothers an excellent cook, but my family stopped eating pork when I was very young. I wish I knew the real from the myth on some dishes

    Great vid!Cooked this today!Started late so i followed recipe and light boiled covered on stove 2 hrs.The neckbones were seasoned thru and thru.I did cover with chicken stock.

    Thank you for this recipe. I would, only eat my mama beef neck bones and rice sadly she passed away in July.

    I tried your recipe exactly as you said. I normally twisted around a bit suit my taste but I followed your recipe exactly and it made a country boy from Southern Mississippi very very happy. That was really cool and it’s my first entry pretty much into Seoul food… Very very delicious

    Love this recipe. Never would have thought to use a slow cooker. I always add green beans with this dish though. And several shakes of crushed red peppers with the seasoning.

    you have a lot of good recipes i thank you for them we had pork neck bones potatoes and sauerkraut. i can't get neck bones where i am so i used pork steak. we lived in Floridia in the 80s and grew to love it. i made it 3 days ago.

    If I use the seasoning pack I would not use the other seasonings. Or If I use the seasonings I would not use the seasoning pack. Which will be less high seasoning for the family. However, thanks for the receipe. 😁👍
