Chris said that he didn’t feel well after a while of not eating a fruit or vegetable, but after he ate the broccoli, felt better. I may be wrong here but it may have been early signs of scurvy. A condition caused by a lack of vitamin C in the diet. Broccoli has considerably more vitamin c than oranges do, so that’s potentially why he felt better. I am in to way a professional so don’t quote me on this lol
