      Glad you enjoyed it! Crying doesn't always feel good in the moment - but it is a release and so helpful to process and release pain =D - sending a huge virtual hug!!

    I wasn’t expecting to cry but I did. Even my younger self was crying, I wiped her tears and hugged her. I will continue to do this. Thank you so very much for this exercise.❤

    Thank you so much for this video, this is really powerful and was really helpful to relax myself enough to be able to safely bring up those memories and reframing them in such compassionate and self forgiving way.

    Errrr, that went really badly. It made things much worse. It made me feel devastated, filled with despair and hopelessness. I felt overwhelmed, and like I should just give up (living) when I get an opportunity. Um. I don't think this one is going to be helpful at all. At least before, when I was 'on my own' and 'little', I felt like things can only get better, and my life would be better in future. I 100% believed that. I've always been an optimist. My present self, did not help. I guess you can figure it out that things just got worse and worse, and then some. Not sure where that leaves me. Right now, I'm not feeling too optimistic at all. Quite the reverse. Any suggestions? Anyone?

      You sure do friend, everything you experience goes into your memory whether you want it or not.
      Your body and mind were probably not ready to bring them up.
      Relax, accept your past, current and future self, forgive yourself, let go 😌
      Those memories will resurface just when you need it, trust your system.
