    I literally cried multiple times trying to follow the “easy” directions that came in a beginner kit my mom got me for Christmas😂😭 Restarted countless timessss. I found your page and I’m finally getting it going correctly, I’m so happy 😂 I do admit I’m terrible at focusing so I have to watch your videos at a slower speed because dang girl! You can go so quick lol. I aspire to be that fast someday😍 Thank you for your videos!

      Thank you so much for your comment! I'm so happy you found my page and found the videos helpful! I'm sorry if I go to fast at times. I'm working on that as I made more and more videos. I appreciate the feedback! Glad there's a slow down option on RUclips! ;)

    I didn’t see where you put the hook in that “ first” stitch!!!!!!!!! it would be so helpful if you did that….and telling us to put a stitch marker in that “first” stitch would also help us to know where we slip stitch into at the end of the round……glad you used a lighter color yarn….some people use a dark color which is terrible….. appreciate your video…..

    Thank you for mentioning why not just keep doing the two double crochet in each stitch, I was wondering about that. I’m going on to one of your bags next!

    I made this exactly the way you said to do it with the exact right stitches all the way around, but by the time I got to the 9th round, it will not lie flat, it keeps curling up!

      Hello! This could be caused by a few things, including tension, hook size, yarn. If you'd like to send me a picture of your work, I can help you troubleshoot what is happening. :)

    I have questions in this stich that may can be use as a process for bucket hat????

    • @LoopsandLoveCrochet
      @LoopsandLoveCrochet  2 года назад +1

      Hello! Yes, increasing rounds of DC stitches is how you make hats from the top down and would definitely work for making a bucket style hat too! :)

    I can’t figure out where to slip stitch to make it a full circle, help ;-;

    • @LoopsandLoveCrochet
      @LoopsandLoveCrochet  2 года назад

      Hello! Thanks for your question. Your slip stitch should be into the top of the first double crochet stitch of the round. Let me know if you have more questions and I'd be happy to try and help! :)

    If I need to make the crown bigger, can I double crochet in every stitch 2 or 3 rows and then move on to the next increase in row 3? I finished my first beanie and it is too small for my head. I want to learn how to make the crown bigger before starting my next beanie hat.

    • @LoopsandLoveCrochet
      @LoopsandLoveCrochet  3 года назад +1

      Hello! If you'd like to increase the size of the crown for a hat, you'd need to continue the increase rounds. If you check out one of my hat patterns and see how the increases go, you'll see the pattern. The first increase round is 2DC in each stitch. Round 2 would be 2DC in first stitch, DC in the next stitch, repeated around. Round 3 would be 2DC in the first stitch, DC in next 2 stitches, repeated around. Round 4 is 2DC in first stitch, DC in next 3 stitches. Round 5 is 2DC in first stitch, DC in next 4 stitches. And you just continue on in that pattern until you are happy with the crown size and then you can move to the rest of the hat. :) I hope that helps.

    It would be great if you went slower in your tutorial videos so beginners could follow easier

      Thank you so much for your feedback!! I appreciate it and will try to slow it down in future videos! ❤️ Also, there is an option to play it at a slower speed too if that helps!

    I am so frustrated. I have old eyes snd poor vision. I get the concept but I cannot see what the circle looks like and where the tail is and what it looks like when you yarn over. I have tried 20+ times and cannot figure out what the magic circle plus tail is supposed to look like and where/how you yarn over. Please slow down and move your hands away and leave the camera fully showing the circle for about 5 seconds at every step of the way. I want to make your market vague cannot get past step one as I cannot see what yiu are doing and you go too fast. Thank you

      I'm sorry you are having trouble with this video. In the video settings, there's a button where you can change the speed of the video, if that would help. The tail of the magic circle just hangs down behind the work. While it's hard to crochet on camera and not have your hands showing, I am learning too, and made this video when I was newer to making videos. I do plan to re-do this one with an updated version soon. You can check out the other magic circle video on my channel with thicker yarn to get the idea better, so look at other videos out there as well. I appreciate your feedback as I'm always looking at how I can improve. Here's the other video: ruclips.net/video/-_nQO7o6OKo/видео.html

      I'm sorry you found this tutorial too fast. Sometimes it helps to pause and go back and re-watch sections. Or you can also click the settings button in the menu bar under the video (looks like a flower) and change the playback speed to slower. Thanks for your feedback!

    Why do ppl to a tutorial but go to fast 😡

      Hello! Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry found this video tutorial too fast. Feel free to click the video speed in the settings and slow it down. The tutorial was meant just to show how to work increasing rounds and not a tutorial on the stitches themselves. I'll keep your feedback in mind for future videos. Thanks!
