I grew up not liking Tears, but last year, at 43, I 'got it.' "Big Chair" is a beautiful concept album! Rol and Curt are incredible examples of people who are here to truly live and serve. I would do a whole lot to see them live in Chicago or St. Lou. I would network people coming to see this band. They support me, so I'll do what it takes to support them. Cruel World 2024? Maybe we do something more relational? Let's go anyway!
Curt’s a pro…and a good guy. He understands that the people coming to their shows want to hear the hits and this song was definitely a hit.

Roland sounds amazing. Kudos to Kurt for playing this song even though he wasn't in the band at the time this song came out.

I was going to say the same thing. I too find it odd to see Curt not only playing the bass parts, but singing the backing vocals, after Roland mimicked what would have been Curt's backing vocals on "Elemental." Which was also noticeable on "Fish Out of Water."

I was at the show too. It was also my 4 year old son's first concert as well. I love how Curt was enjoying himself during the song even though he wasn't around when this song was released.
Lucky boy!! I'm sure you are aware, that volume at these concerts is a lot! I took my 5 year old to J. Lo (the wifes concert lol) and THE WHO, my concert and he wore ear plugs else he would end up like me!!
