Saw TFF in Sactown in July, and to say they did not disappoint, is a huge understatement. Absolutely spot on and fantastic. Roland's voice was awesome and as powerful as ever.... and Curt was on top of his game. If you like their sound at all, take advantage if they're anywhere near you. You won't regret it.
I didn't. May 2022 they were here in Phoenix. Lord what a show. They were spectacular and the crowd went insane the whole time. They had Garbage open for them and she too was amazing. One of the best nights of my life.

Arsenio was an azzhole. When that Rodney king thing happened he pissed off so many people the network cancelled him. He was a fake , and everybody saw it

It’s amazing to see such talent and intelligence married with a sense of humanity.. they don’t make them like this anymore that’s for sure.
Roland has always been the talent and driving force of TFF. Their music has matured so much over the years and Roland's voice has matured and sounds so much better. However, I have some very fond memories of my dating life in the 80's while listening to TFF.

Steve Kim I’d actually be more inclined to say that Pop and R&B killed off jazz, and straight up Rock killed Blues. Only because Pop and R&B still utilize jazz chords. And the same for Rock with Blues chords. But it’s still cool to find those genres laced in everything else because it truly shows the influence and progression.
Roland evidently liked grunge, since he covered Creep live and also used some pretty grungy sounds on War of Attrition, Until I Drown and The Madness of Roland.
AMEN on "with or without Curt" I've been been blasted for saying so I DONT CARE during this era I hardly noticed Curt wasn't there I ALSO LOV V V V E the bass player- Gail ann Dorsey FELL IN LOVE WITH HER during "woman in chains" when i.saw them on tour Then when she played with Bowie all those years, especially during "under pressure"
Even without Curt, Roland made a couple of great albums. As great as this is, for my money the Happy Ending album is still their best in my opinion. Not one filler track.

Absolutely. Their album, Tipping Point is great. It may have taken years, but it was worth it. Roland's voice is magnificent.
