Hey Guga! Your videos inspired me to jump into the world of steaks after salivating over your videos while eating my microwave ramen. I cooked my first perfect medium-rare ny strip the other day and even tried Kobe beef Rib eye (best thing I have probably ever eaten) at the local japanese bbq joint in my neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your love for meat with the world and inspiring this 20-something to enjoy it with you!
cook the steak but slice it thin. take beef ramen and cook it like normal. add some of the steak toward the last minute of the noodles cooking.
I've also added 1 boiled egg and some extra seasoning and it changes ramen.
another thing i've been doing is putting the seasoning in before the water boils. then adding the noodles after the boiling starts.

1. Products such as milk and eggs need to be harvested for the health of the animal
2. There's no way to "depopulate" them without culling. If we stopped eating them they'd get at a critical mass and we'd have to release them or something.

There are genuine people who give honest reviews, and then there are others who are corporate shills. Entertaining, but a corporate shill nonetheless. I wouldn't trust Nick for any real recommendations, as he never has anything bad to say and everything is always good or positive, which basically means his opinions are worthless.

I think the problem with Salt bae's burgers is the fact that he tries to toast a bread on a grill which is impossible for mainly two reasons.
1. Dry heat (grilling) on starches which in this case is *bread* can go either two ways. The bread gets toasted which causes the soft surface to turn into dextrin on the bread *OR* the grill has a very high temperature which causes the bread to burn. which is usually the latter because the grill has to be at a high temperature to cook the beef patties. Now I'm not saying he burnt the beef but it was mainly the bread that ruined the whole experience. Grill marks on bread are ok if you grill it super fast, which prevents it from burning and just gives it a smokey and toasty flavor but here it's straight up being burnt.
2. As I stated above the bread burnt because of the dry heat. Now maybe if he used a wet heat method of toasting the bread (assuming that is what he wants) a cast iron skillet coated in melted beef fat would have been perfect for the job and everyone loves a little toast on some good old bread. But the dry heat ruins the experience and the black stuff you are seeing on the bread when you grill it is carcinogen, which is cancerous. So not only is it unethical and dumb to grill bread rather than toast it but it causes health hazards because carcinogens literally means cancer causing. Like this comment so guga pins it.
