Structure nearly COMPLETE! Rise of Icarus Construction Update Mid-April 2024

The ride is going up fast! The outdoor dry park opened up today, giving me some new angles. Fiberglass slide sections are on site, and some test cladding has gone up on the tower. I can't believe how tall the ride is!

I’m just wondering how do you get your drone to Great America with all all the flying of it because I’d love to do it but I don’t know how

There are public parks that border Great America. I fly in that airspace, as flying over the park is prohibited

Yup. It's the first airtime hill on the ride. It was crazy rough in specific rows last year. I couldn't see anything more from the air today
