About the railway
The Diamond Valley Railway is located in Eltham Lower Park, Victoria, Australia and operates every Sunday from 11am-5pm, Wednesday during the school holidays and selected public holidays between 1-4pm. The railway is 7 1/4 inch gauge and travels on a 2km long main line track; taking visitors over bridges, into tunnels and through a beautiful bush setting on an approximately 15 minute journey.
