If the government can register an association by the name "rapists association of kenya" as a legitimate organization if the applicants for the registration claim that they merely want to advocate for the rights of reformed rapists, then by all means they should register the LGBTQ association. Because as things stand, rape is a crime, in the same way that Gayism and Lesbianism is also a crime. So hii kizungu mingi is a waste of time and should have been thrown out at the level of the high court. This nonsense should not have even gone beyond the high court.

But that doesn't mean they should be given legal recognition because the act is still against all our collective cultures as Kenyans. Prostitution is illegal and has been known to be illegal since independence. And although the illegality of prostitution has not hindered the trade much, the fact that it is still illegal ensures that certain boundaries of social behavior are not outrightly crossed. The same goes for lesbianism and homosexuality.

Answering the question of identifying as homosexual but not yet engaging in act. Yes! I teach in high school in the USA and have students that began thinking they were homosexual as early as 5th grade having not committed any acts yet but having a mind to commit acts at some point. Some of these students went on to commit acts while others changed and committed heterosexual acts.

It is an interpretation issue of the Law.If being LGBT is criminalize then even an association to promote issues thereof is illegal.We cannot associate to promote an issue that is already illegal.

This things started long time ago and some kids don't know whats going on.I was maybe 11 or 12 we had what we called "darlings" it is in a girls boarding school me i thought why not but this girl was a day scholar and used to bring me food and for a boarder i didn't refuse though i was confuced now i think it was not mere friend ship only i was just ignorant wat i was getting into the relationship died a natural death cause i would say delivered from these feelings and it happened to me severally in girls schools which were missionary schools and boys or men were almost forbidden but in one goverment school we were allowed to mingle with boys so i think this relationships with fellow girls.

You will register members, operate an account, solicit for and receive funds to carry out administrative operations, etc. You can't open a bank account in the name of an unregistered association, neither can you receive funds in the name of such an association.

God said no to very many things. Even Supreme court has not said yes to it. What Supreme court has ruled on is whether they may associate or not. And it has ruled that they have a right to associate. Abd do bear in mind that Kenya is not a theocracy. We are guided by the constitution.
