You should do a little bit more detail in a video on velveting and exactly how you might be slicing the meat or what cut of meet you use. I think your videos are great and you got a new subscriber in me! And I just might even buy the book. 😀

Looks legit! I have an outdoor wok burner i made that puts out 10x more heat than a kitchen stove so things go a lot faster. 😊 thank you!

theres a restaurant in california called "thai chinese" and they have the best kungpao beef ive ever had and they have these little thimble sized plastic cups of sambal oelek mixed with vinegar and they give u HUGE portions of kungpao beef and a ton of rice and you put soy sauce and the sambal oelek sauce and its so freaking good

You do great food but please please please get rid of that awful music,. It's very distracting and for me at least plain awful. At least it seems to have finished after the first minute though so I survived.

Nothing wrong with it, has Blues to it. Also, how long did the music go on for?
Perhaps you meant to have it at a lower volume = Too distracting.
Listen to that beat........ makes one bop your head to it and dance in your chair a bit while watching and listening to him.
