I know that this year has been filled with so much fear and overwhelm but it's important that we all realize that we're all doing the best that we can. And like I’ve said before her mother and brother wouldn’t do anything to harm her meaning exactly that. If they tested positive as the end result, they would not come to visit period. ☺️

Every time we walk out that door we are exposing ourselves to possible C-19. Yes even with a mask and gloves on. PS I think it is just horrible not to be allowed to visit and hold a love one who is on a respirator at the hospital. All alone fighting for their life. In such cases they should give family members C-19 test and suit them up in protective gear and let them be with their family member. End of story!! JMO

I agree with the whole false negative thing because I also got a positive rapid test. Did the rapid test and the pcr test the same day same time. Rapid was positive and the results for pcr was negative and i was told the pcr is more accurate

You can be asymptomatic and be positive. The rapid test can be a false negative so the best and most accurate is the PCR

Honestly, you can never make people happy, whether you do good or bad-people will always have their opinions. You did nothing wrong. My son works for the city and comes home daily, so no matter what, we can be exposed to the virus, but it’s how we take precaution that matters. So far, we have not been exposed to the virus. Trig Vein, lol, because when a Nasopharyngeal swab is done correctly, it does make your eyes water (they say, if your eyes don’t water, it wasn’t done right). Nathalie’s wasn’t an actual Nasopharyngeal swab, because hers was taken at an angle, so it didn’t connect to the Nasopharynx. A Nasopharyngeal Swab should be inserted in going straight back (approximately 7-8cm) hitting your Nasopharynx, never up or at an angle.

Antibodies is pointless tbh it is more work cause the blood has to be spun in the centrifuge machine but its honestly not worth it, the more important thing is to know if you have covid currently not in the past. You had it back in march, most likely no antibodies cause its been about 8-9 months
I love those corn chips from Trader Joe’s. You should try dipping them in Trader Joe’s cauliflower jalapeño dip. It is such a yummy snack!
Don't worry of what people commented about Covid & you seeing your mother & brother... they tested negative!!! It's important to see your family specially during xmas. Sometimes it's difficult not to share during the videos since you are so sweet, honest & like an open book, people are always going to talk. Also you & Eric look very nice together, hope you have fun on your trip.

They don’t do the nose test like they used to before. Before they would go in deeper. They did it like that when I was in labor. Also the anti body will always appear positive for you since you had it.

I know what you mean about feeling some kind of way with the Goya products. My husband is Puerto Rican and and we're slowly getting back to using Goya products. Because like you said unfortunately they make the best products, plus there aren't many companies that cater to Latin people and the type of products they use. Hun when you get a chance you may want to swing by Costco in New Rochelle or Port Chester (do New Ro because he numbers are better there for Covid). You will love it. Went last weekend and grabbed some amazing items. I go every 3-6 months and it’s worth it. ❤️

I work in labortory medicine... if your mom & brother tested negative & actually were considerate enough to get tested i don't see the issue. Also, there is definitely a such thing as false positives... the decor lets really good! Love the tree 🎄❤

If you have been exposed you are supposed to quarantine for 14days then about 7 days in get tested unless you have symptoms sooner. You are to still complete the 14day quarantine even if you get tested within the quarantine period. Experts are encouraging people to not gather with anyone who doesn't already live in your household. You had an exposure and you had someone over your house and you went out? If we are going to get this virus under control everyone needs to do their part and comply with the guidelines. Happy Holidays!☺

BTW..do some research... False-positive test results can occur. It may be that the test detected
antibodies to a coronavirus closely related to the COVID-19 virus or that the test quality was flawed.
Rღsie ツ Rღsie ツ 🙄🙄🙄🙄 in her previous video she literally said he didn’t quarantine. She said that he flew even though he had a positive test and that he only quarantined once in NY AFTER flying. THAT is how I know.
And I never claimed to be an expert, I just read up on the latest as should everyone. Bottom line, he flew even though he didn’t know if he was an active carrier. He should have quarantined and then gotten a blood test for antibodies afterward. Nathalie is not to blame for others choices and I’m glad she did what she could to keep people safe.
And I’m continuing on this topic a.) because I can 🤷🏽♀️ and b.) because I’ve personally experienced what this virus can do. I’m permanently affected by it and have had friend and family die.

Testing negative doesn't mean anything. It could be a false negative, the test could have gotten enough sample. Plus you may not have it in your respiratory tract, it may be on your skin and that's how you may be giving it to someone who can't fight it. We have no idea how severely anyone, even w zero medical problems, will have it.

So yes there are false positives for Covid testing. I used to be a contact tracer and being close with head doctors who understand Covid rather well (out of the uncertainty around Covid) and it definitely happens. And there’s moments where you can test negative and be positive. So yeah I definitely agree with you. I just want you safe 🤷🏼♀️
