I do it the Spanish way and put all my pots in pans in the oven since I don’t use it often Then when I do use it. I just take the pots out. I use my ice. Twice a year because I usually bake everything in my conventional oven that’s on my counter.
You could mount your most used pots and pans from hooks on the wall to the right of the stove (I noticed it was blank). If that doesn't work, you could also install another one of those pull out racks you did for one of your other lower cabinets.
