I'm sure I'm missing any number of different scenes spanning multiple movies. Here were the top six I've come across in my lifetime. I've themed them according to the different lessons they teach us in analysis.

The book was so weird especially when they talked about Homer’s dad fucking that woman up on the mountain in a tiny cabin. As I was reading that I was like what the fuck.

@@bigbake132 I don’t remember the woman’s name in the book I read the book over 20 years ago. All I remember is some woman in a cabin and they tell a story of how Homer’s father had an affair with her....or something like that. And at some point in the book....... and this is just a vague memory so don’t hold me to it. Homer get stranded up on the mountain for some reason and ends up at that cabin with that woman.
The part where he is studying while taking his lunch in the mine is my favorite scene of all.
Today we may enjoy the view as we stand on the shoulders of giants, but it was certainly a chore climbing up their pants.
