Return to Japan Pt 1 and a visit to Shioyazaki lighthouse, and Hirakubo district - Iwaki, Fukushima.

Part 1 of a first visit back to Japan after a gap of 5 years. Strange to be back after all that tie - things have changed. A disastrous flood to the area where we stay happened after the last visit. Also, how well is the area getting back on its feet again after years of rebuilding as a result of the 2011 tsunami?
