Full of little details that add so much to the experience - the quivering handrail of a footbridge, a butterfly resting on a bed of fallen leaves, a racemarker flapping gently in the wind - more than I could possibly list here. The use of music is so appropriate and creates real atmosphere. I'm not aware of anyone else who makes films about running like this. Thank you.
