Just started skipping rope, sometimes motivation is hard to find because i'm just starting and keep tripping on the rope more than I want but practice makes perfect. The only thing I don't understand is why People are skipping on socks or bare feet.. did that once, biggest mistake of my life. 🥲
I bought speed rope last year from them, it is very good, I can only recommend. At the same time, pretty painful anytime i smack my toes with that rope... But that doesn't make me stop from jumping.
I bought a cheap 7 quid pair ,they are great ,do have weighted ropes but leave them till I get better/ did 2 minutes consistently with decent pace and was reasonably comfortable,so definitely getting better(really enjoy skipping)
Amazing workout! But the rope that you get is less important than build the habit of jumping period, if you make it part of your journey then I would explore the investment. If not they will hang on a hook with all the other trinkets! I love to jump rope!
Tying knots in your rope does seem a little contradictory to the advice of not storing them all knotted up XD but I could be wrong. When do you think you'll have new mats in stock?

Hy man, I was jumping the rope for about two week. During this time I went from 500 to 3500 jumps per day when suddenly I was not able to stand up anymore. For about two weeks I head very big pain in the foot joints, such a pain that I was barley walking. Now I am waiting for a month to get my joints, ligaments healed. Was it to much or the body position was to straight and i put to much pressure on my joints?

Keep going! 💪 I’m just over 2 months in and seeing massive improvement. Just do 10-15 mins a day. You’ll get better every day

It's must be an injury, definitely get it checked by a doctor if you are having trouble for that long.

How do you know what size to buy between 10ft/11ft I’m 180 cm tall?
We have a sizing video on the care playing ☺️ but 10ft rope it suitable and you’ll need to resize it your height as it will be long.😀
