    Hmmm you do not need greek youghurt to make that dish great, albanian youghurt is thinner and kind of sour ....So what you tasting there is not the one you would be tasting in Albania..........

      We don't have Albanian yogurt in most of the world, so Greek yogurt is the closest we can get.
