You've done a really good job, you and two other youtubers this year really showcased for me that my perception of the AT was NOT what I would have expected, in both good ways and gear ways I'll need to prepare for, so thank you! The views in this section are so EPIC! one could make an intro video on these sections alone!
the Appalachian Trail is a rugged trail. in comparison, the PCT is 450 miles longer, but has 200,000 Less feet of elevation gain & loss. Another great video! gonna miss them when they are done. Congrats on becoming a 2,000 Miler BadBat
Pennsylvania again at 5:24? The views, however, are plainly Maine. You passed a plane crash in Virginia near Humpback Rocks, but it is beneath a cliff and no one ever sees it. Both guys survived that as well.
Your hike had been enjoyable to watch and follow along. Thank you for all the work you put into the videos. I think you did a great job of showing all the different aspects of the AT. Well done.
The insect at 3:40 distracted me had to re-watch it. go little guy! Watching another through-hiker who's just behind you - maybe summit August 11th? and she came across a fairly substantial 2100 mile marker, actually two of them. 'course maybe you made one and that's what she saw. :^) NS showed it on the AT before the plane wreck.
I don’t think the camera does the inclines justice. When you are side on you get a little appreciation of really how steep the angle is 😮 wow BadBat you really have put some elevation behind you on this journey. Awesome hiking ❤😊
Great to see you going and going! Lots of love and respect from a solo mountain hiker from the Hindu Kush Mountains Lower Chitral District of Pakistan!
Barren Ledges and Borestone, across the valley, is a favorite day hike for us locals. I have climbed the ladder of the fire tower ....it is very sketchy but the view is better. 😆 I've enjoyed you're take on the AT.

I think you have shown the hike as beautiful, extremely difficult most the time, water logged, and all the shelters and rest places to stop. Good job.
A lot of people just talk about mileage, but a 5.4k up and 4.4k down day is no joke. Bravo!

Always good to listen to your body. Glad you two are doing well. Looking forward to seeing your summiting Katahdin. God bless.
Congratulations on 2100 miles!
The “Ottada Way Cafe “ will be at the base of Moosilauke tomorrow!😊👍👍👍👍🦇✌️

Evidenty the pilot didn't practice leave no trace.
😂😂

Really enjoying your hike, very good videos. Thanks
Plane crash happened in 1984. 😊

I love your skills and abilities! You inspire my goal of AT Thru Hiking 2025!
Congrats on 2100 miles!
You have done a fabulous job on showing how challenging the AT is - and what an amazing accomplishment completing it is! Congratulations. ❤❤

Congratulations on 2,100
Good video with some good views, so let's keep on hiking 😊 great job over 2100 miles , less than 90 miles to go 😅
Your amazing…. You just get up and get going & keep on going. ❤😊
Really good views today.
Good to know they survived but it had to be by the Grace of God!
Totally enjoyed!
Nice views this day. Wow, not sure how they got that equipment up there. Safe travels.
Aluminum doesn’t rust.
Happy Trails 👣 💓
I Googled it “the total elevation on the Appalachian Trail is about 520,000 feet😮😮
⛰🚶🏼♀️👍🏻🙂
Plane crash looks recent
1984! Hard to believe it was that long ago!😮
@@flowerpower1980 wow and thanks
