Hey VNM. I Just want to ask you if you can tell me how can you eat what you want and not gain weight? I strugel with that so bad
Hi, not Vic but, I've seen other mukbangers talking about it. They only eat once a day (what we see on the video) and they exercise for 2 hours or more. Also a guy who eats at competitions said he only eat like that when he is on competition day and on a daily basis he eats very little, without any carbs, only like protein and good fats, and ofc exercise a lot.
I eat a lot too, but only eat twice a day and exercise after each meal, 30 to 45 mins every time. I am thin but this actually bad for health, I mean eating a lot brings so much consequences even if you exercise, and doing it excessively can hurt your bones.
So just eat reasonable amounts of food and exercise 3-4 times a week like 30 mins or so, I use to do that and I was fine.
I hope this is useful.
