I own a 246RKS 2013 and am looking into buying another one, 2020. It has been a great trailer and has the most storage of any other trailer out there under 30 foot. The upgrades from my 2013 will be great especially the wider axles and the covered, heated under belly.
I am trying to locate a Coachmen dealership to get some footage from. I believe there is one south of Cullman Alabama, so I may go check them out, when I have the chance. Will see if they have one. Thanks for watching

We re in Ontario. We made our purchase at Ferguson RV world in St Thomas , Ontario. Love your channel, we ‘re looking for nice state parks to camp next January/February when does it start to get warm in Alabama?
I have a question. In your opinion which is the better rv a Coachmen freedom express 192rbs or a Rockwood mini lite 2109s or it's twin Flagstaff micro lite 21 fbrs? Thank you for your informative videos

Lots of storage in this trailer. Dave I have seen some tours inside of some full timers and a few actually removed the bathroom doors and replaced with a soft folding door. Said the swing out door was a pain for them. Everyone tends to customize their TVs to fit them. With everything I read about slides, I feel like if I was buying something I would stay away from them. Nice tour, thanks for sharing😉👍
I really like this one, especially with the spacing on the axles. I'm glad you touched on that aspect, Dave. I also like that the tank dump pipes are forward of the tires, that way they don't get caked in mud as bad as being aft of the tires. The whole rig looks like it sits pretty low though, so I'd want to flip the axles to get some better ground clearance. I really like the interior of it, but I would do some upgrades with the vents and the bathroom fixtures (and that door!). Nice shoutout to Josh Winters of Haylett. Now if you can get Mr. Johnston to have the slides run in and out for you so you could show the travel friendlyness of each unit like Josh does, you'd give his videos a run for the money! LOL!
Hey Dave, went to the Nashville RV Show today and was not impressed at all. I heard from a vendor that the show does not treat all the companies fairly so they don't show up. There were only 4-5 class B's, maybe 5-6 class C's and several of those were big International platforms, 2 fords and the rest Sprinter. The show did not have but two toyhaulers there were bare bones, no 5iver that was a toy hauler and separate garage. Very disappointed.
@@davesrvchannel4717 Yes and Lazy Days from East TN. No one else. There is another show in Lebanon, TN Feb 15th, I was told many others would be there. We talked to many people there today and they were all saying they could not find what they wanted at this show.
If Huntsville isn't too far for you, I highly suggest coming to it. it is the same dates as the Lebanon show. Last year I was impressed by how many dealers were there, some dealers came a fair distance. I will be there hopefully all 3 days.
I Like you based on you bringing up Josh the RV Nerd in the way you did. Better each other, by learning from each other... Love it!
I always believe in giving credit where it’s due. I also enjoyed watching Big Bo, but sadly he passed away last December.

Last year there was only one dealer, and it was from Huntsville, Bankston. was that the case this year as well? Hate to hear it was such a let down
