Hey, thank you for posting videos regarding Skelly. I have also purchased the Skelly scary head. Have you figured out what to do with the other heads and if there’s a way to power them on by themselves?
I wish Home Depot made the scary head in a whole separate version of Skelly in a bundle almost. That way we can get the scary head for $300 instead of $380
That’s a great idea swapping out heads I think that’s exactly what I’m going to do looks great I bought the scary head right away soon as I seen it definitely cool
This is awesome but as another commenter said, HD should have made servo scary head a bundle option. In order to make this work you would need to spend $460 bucks! 🤯
Do you know if the Skelly from last year which was not servo would function with a servo head? I ask because I have seen a servo head for sale locally by itself and rather than upgrading the entire new servo skelly I'm considering buying the servo head someone is selling. They said they wanted to install a scary head and took the servo head off. Obviously, they didn't see this video knowing they could have the best of both 😆.
Just speculating, but I don’t think the head would function. The servo head is triggered by the sensor mechanism on the pelvis. Without that extra electronic component, I don’t think the head would be functional
Why doesn't the servo head talk? Should I wait it out until they hopefully come out with a servo skelly that talks? From an engineering standpoint, I do not see any major barrier to that design change. And from an artistic/marketing standpoint, I do not see why they wouldn't want it to talk. Many would-be buyers don't see the justification in spending the extra money if the thing just aimlessly moves his head around. Not the best animation. Maybe they were worried about water intrusion? 🤷♂

Servo Scary head actually makes him scary!
About time!!
Well done
Cant wait for more Halloween content❤
Glad you pointed out the noise with the head movement.. I was hoping I didn't mess something up

That's a good idea
Thank you so much for experimenting. Your result made up my mind to upgrade my skelly and the head. Well Done!
It will work. I did see another guy do that on RUclips. You just take the servo motor out and put it in the scary head.
That’s what I did.
It works great!

I love it!!! 🕷️🦇🕸️🎃👻
Add black lights to illuminate skelly from the front.
It’s worth it very cool
showing how would be great
It's worth the extra $80. Too bad the scary head didn't fit on the servo....I like the scary head much better even without the servo.
It’s half off now $40… and he did get the head to work. He showed how he did it at the end of the video.
can you just buy the head and attach it to the old skelly?
No tío ton i saw a guy Only changes the bottom of the head and install servo no scary head check it
LOVEIT!!! wish they sold the servo motor spine as a kit since i already have BoneLetta (my baby girl named ours). They sell the new eyes as a kit!
Love the name! I hope they sell a kit too.
How does his head move????
scary Head!!! its the best!!! 🕷️🦇🕸️🕸️👻
What activates the head moving?
Hey quick question
Thanks for info bc I was curious if the two would work
Definitely the sevrvo skelly.
Does anyone know if the LED lighting kit will work with servo Skelly? Thanks
Yes it will
Thank you!
Your videos are awesome my scary head comes tomorrow and I cannot wait.
Do you have a video of how to swap internal parts?
I did a short video here: ruclips.net/user/shortsWYHxpkvEtI4
Awesome thanks just did the swap easy peasy 💀

Is the mouth not lighting up with the scary head, or is it very dim?
It's very dim, which is a bummer

Hey its the cape crawler guy
Yep, this is our other obsession!
Can you buy just the servo kit or do i have to buy the whole skelly again with servo?
Right now you have to buy the entire skelly
@@Cartersonthecape Thanks for the video!!
Ok, servo scary is better..
