I got a huge Christmas tree bag from Menards and it’s made out of fire hose fabric. I put my skellie in huge black peppermint scented garbage bags (also from Menards) then i put another one over the top of it so they basically have ties on both ends. Then I put it in the canvas bag. I haven’t had any issues with the mice ruining my things for a few years now, not even a single terd 🤢 it’s the only method that has worked so far since our old barn kitty died. I got sick of them nesting in my Christmas stuff and chewing on the wires! If you have room for a huge bag or even breaking it up, give that a try. We store ours up in the garage rafters.

Any suggestions on how to keep the eyes on at all times? I know there are two buttons under the pelvis. One is for mode/style of the eyes, and the other one, turns the eyes on, but it is still using the motion sensor which I don't want on. I rather keep the eyes on 24/7. Reason, they place that my Skully is at, no one walks in front of it.

To be honest, mine is one of the earliest generations without the “eyes mode” but let’s look into this “sensor” question and see if we can find an answer!

What type of weather do y’all have? I’m real interested in this guy, but live in an area of occasionally extreme weather. I don’t need this bad boy falling into my house.

We get a considerable amount of wind gusts, but nothing sustained. The biggest issue IS wind, but a few paver stones placed on the extended base legs will make a huge difference!
