Microdiscectomy Recovery: 7 hours post op!

I have no nerve pain! The wound itself is pretty sore, but I live in Colorado and I plan to keep my pain under control using marijuana. So my intent is to wait 24 hours before I start using a Vape pen to control the pain to allow the prescription stuff to get out of my system. It’s not the worst pain I’ve ever experienced, but it’s sore. There’s absolutely nothing compared to my nerve pain, I am thrilled. I am just going to take it easy tonight‘s walk around the home on flat ground and lay down, they don’t want you to do a lot of sitting because it’s compression so will be between lying down and walking today.
