Thanks :-) Everybody involved did a great job recording their parts. I had to learn to video edit in a very short period of time. We've had it less much than a month but it was a great privilege to have early access to put this all together.
I liked the new set. I was a little disappointed when it was announed because I really liked how Mindstorms' intelligent bricks were. But there isn't evolution without change, right?
I was sceptical about the colour scheme at first, but in real life it's a lot nicer :-) Yes, it's not got a lot of the capabilities as the EV3, e.g. SD card and WiFi dongle which are something I will be using in future EV3-based models (I have managed to buy some spare 31313 EV3 kits). Once inter-hub comms and cable extensions are sorted out I think I'll be very happy with the new hub.
Any way to apply for a job at RobotMak3rs? I'd love to be able to test robotics early too! I have great skills in filming and editing (my lego 42114 review is a great example). Perhaps I could be your team's filmer/ video editor? I also love robotics! I got my first lego mindstorms NXT 1.0 set back when I was just 3 years old and I've been actively using LEGO mindstorms ever since I was 6. Please let me know if I can apply for work at your team
Hi, there are no jobs as such - we're just a world-wide group of robot makers with a passion about LEGO robotics. Our about page www.robotmak3rs.com/about/ has more about our RLOC, and to quote "The best way to join our group is via networking, get to know us and make sure we get to know you by MAKING and SHARING your robots and INSPIRING others in the community". There are contact details on that site, along with bio's on each of the current members.
@@Unbrickme it tends to be that the group identifies people that share our ideals of MAKE, SHARE, & INSPIRE re robotics and we approach them. I don't believe we take applications. There is a contact form on that website if you wish to reach out to our ambassador.
Nice work guys!
It is really funny ! Nice work!
Nice filming. Great to know so many people have had access to 51515 maybe more than 1 month ago!

Jerry Nicholls Can’t wait to get my hands on one set ASAP!
@@MolecularAlchemist I think it's on general release on the 15th October, so only one more week to wait.
