Sir I had filed ITR-2 before july 31st and got a email saying reason=large proportion of prepaid taxes claimed as refund, i am thinking to file revised return can i submit a revised return with ITR-1? how much time will it take for revised return to get processed with refund? can you answer above questions please?

Maine 17th July ko ITR2 file kiya tha to usme mistakes hone ki wajah se 29th July ko revised ITR file kiya. 10th August ko mera revised process ho gaya hai lekin jo intimation u/s 143(1) ka order hai usme wo revised return ko original bata rha hai. Ab agar original process hota hai to wo to revised mana jayega. Mujhe kya karna chahiye?

Defective itr ka response kiya tha itr2 bhar k, lekin ab tk status me defective hi dikha raha, kab process hoga

You can file revised itr in old regime.
