i have a very sensitive nose and growing up in the 2010s i've always written perfumes of as something that just smells like headache inducing alcohol.
recently i have developed quite an interest and this has been very helpful for my research in understanding this topic better, thank you :)

I remember when i first watched your video about perfume and you describing the smell, the base notes and all , i remember thinking that wow i never really thought about perfumes that way. I just buy whatever i like and use it without ever reading or understanding the perfume. Then i got Issey Miyake perfme and it reminded me of you. (Because you showed it in one of your very old videos). So my interest and knowledge in perfumes are because of you. So glad that you created this channel :) ♥️

Blind buying is the only way around here and theres only a couple of real perfume shops in Sweden. There are a chain or two who has perfume but they only have a standard limited supply so if you want to get a classic cologne, niche or anything special you have to order online. A little sad... Excited to get some new scents next week. Scent of the day is Clubman Special Reserve 👍

Just started watching this vid. Super excited!! In the last year or so I’ve gotten into fragrance in a different..way? I found myself blown away by a particular scent from Francis Kurdjian (Baccarat Rouge). It opened my eyes to this other level off scents I never knew existed. I guess that sounds silly.. but a lot of the usual fragrances like Lancome, Chanel, Estee, etc etc seemed kinda similar to me.. I think from my time working in cosmetics. So Kurdjian opened my eyes to more concentrated EDPs and different perfume houses. My newest addition is Playing With The Devil by Kilian. I dreamt about that one after I smelled it lol. Looking forward to learning more about fragrance from you!! Congrats on the new journey!! Edit: omg I’m learning so much. Fell in love with non-linear scents.. that’s what it is lol. And YES PLEASE DO THE OLFACTORY VIDEO!!

Thanks for such an informative video!! And love the table of contents in the info box. I was trying to remember all the terms lol. My every day scent is Valentina by Valentino. Though.. I cycle heavily through Baccarat Rouge, Kurdjian Oud and Kilian Playing with the Devil.. but since they’re a little more on the pricey side, I don’t wear every day lol. What’re you thoughts on Kilian?

My scent of the day usually is Jil by Jil Sander. - a powdery like smell which I really love! I also use In Love with You by Armani and Tresor Midnight Rose by Lancome but since they might have a heavy 'sillage' for some people and I am working with patients, I use them less often on regular basis.

I tend to use more Bvlgari Omnia Paraiba, Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Neon and Armani Inlove with you Freeze lately. I also enjoy Juicy Couture-Viva la juicy. I think that many people will be more interested in the different types of perfumes, such the gourmand ones, fruity, etc. Another topic can be the synthetic ingredients vs the natural ones. You can also make a video for the most used ingredients for the female perfumes vs the male ones, although some brand have unisex perfumes. Looking forward for your next video 😁🥰

@@juliagrafperfumes136 I really did and still do :) It smells a little bit like Davidoff Cool Water Limited Edition one but with more an acquatic one. Honestly, I looove sweet scents however this one is sweet but still fresh and it reminds me of summer breeze, sunny days, freedom and holidays on an exotic island. I "see" sandy white beaches and turquoise waters in my head each time I wear it. I wish they will have a drink with this one, as I really want to drink it :)) My boyfriend bought it for me last year but I saw it also on Notino :)
