When you remake a beat how do you find the melody ??
They are created by popular presets for example in nexus VST. You choose that one which sounds close and try to rewrite it by ear. I also use midi sometimes if exist, or look for sample song if they actually sampled a song for example in KYS3. 808/bass often follow the mellody so its easy, drums are very very easy by ear. Just some practise and u can do some shitty remake to improve soon :) Gl bro.
