    LOL!! I love your comment "...even though I'm an old man now!". Good one! I've got a good 15 or so years on you and have been doing CrossFit for 11 years myself and feel younger and healthier than ever. I've been retesting open WODs since the beginning of the year and have been smashing old scores too. You'll keep doing the same! Good job on 23.1, Noah!

    Love you Noah...you are awesome...I know you're the real deal on and off the floor...even when you were in last place in the bike at the 2020 Games, you were the only one (out of all ten) to acknowledge the (small) crowd and have a good time with it. Looking forward to watching you at the Games! Here's my sage advice (and unfortunately I've never been even close to participating in the Games!...but):
    If you can qualify for The Games then you should be at The Games!! Life happens, and if not living in a basement is not your priority and means you may not be top 10, you should still go. to. the. Games.!! We want to see you!!

    @NoahOhlsen Interesting the way you do Toes to Bar. You don't make superman before you put your foot on the bar! 😮

    I have the feeling you can row much faster with a little better technique. Add a little more length at the back, use the hip

      the first one doesnt touch the target. Then a lot of them dont reach height. He does 40 attempts, and maybe 35 reps.

    Unless the 10" target is at the bottum of that circle, there is more no reps than good reps with the new standards for WB´s.....

    • @fireboltacic99
      @fireboltacic99 Год назад +2

      The white line was the 10 foot line, it is in fact at the bottom of that circle, the circles are intentionally high so that as long as you hit it, you’re basically guaranteed a rep.

    • @mccask
      @mccask Год назад +3

      Good point. The 'current' rules per CF standard indicated the bottom of the ball needs to be higher than the 10' mark. Chandler appears to consistently meet/exceed this mark. In any case this we can expect to see inconsistent wall ball reps for many athletes in 23.1

    Locking out behind the rings on nearly every rep. That’s not a proper ring support as per the rules. Shit to see.

  • @marietrausch4948
    @marietrausch4948 Год назад +4

    Noah, you should have a Judge that Knows the rules edited by CrossFit. So many no rep observed in your video, Chandler is not flawless neither.

  • @LlamasAreBest
    @LlamasAreBest Год назад +10

    Some many no reps on the clean. The movement standards say your elbows need to clearly be in front of the bar.

    • @santiagoferrari1973
      @santiagoferrari1973 Год назад

      @@coltinanderson4736 you can tell. He doesnt make the bar rest on his shoulders, it just touches the front of it. The whole video is a no rep. This is the nature of competitive CF, to do movements like crap to do them fast.
