Science-backed methods how to lower: 1) Blood pressure. 2) Heart rate. NATURALLY. Most users achieve at least 5 points improvement in Systolic BP and lower heart rate by at least 5 BPMs.
Nitric Oxide is a molecule produced by the human body and used by our muscles. When we start to exercise and run out of oxygen, we feel our muscles hurt. This is a signal that Nitric Oxide is released. As it moves into our bloodstream, blood vessels dilate allowing more oxygen and nutrient delivery for muscle growth. Simultaneously this lowers blood pressure. Human blood vessels store about 90 seconds worth of Nitric Oxide before they need to produce more, so working each major muscle group out for 90 seconds gives you the most efficient workout to lower blood pressure and produce additional health benefits.
The body has the ability to regenerate Nitric Oxide every couple of hours, giving us the opportunity to release it several times per. This means that the most effective way to exercise for lower blood pressure is to work out very briefly three times per day. This is a modified version of the 4 Min workout of exercises developed by Dr Zach Bush. This modification involves an inclusion of a push up exercise which makes the whole workout harder but also more efficient. The nitric oxide dump is a natural remedy for blood pressure control.
Additional benefits of nitric oxide dump exercise: 1. Increases metabolic rate which helps to maintain a proper body weight. 2. Boosts the immune system which helps to fight infections. 3. Supplies more oxygen to brain cells which helps to think more clearly

I’ve been doing the NOD for awhile but have never seen it done with the great push-up included. I like it! I feel like it gives me some strength work as well as cardio. I love pushups and this is a great idea to add it to the NOD routine! Thank you very much for this idea!

Hi, thanks for your feedback! Please try other exercise videos on my channel and let me know if they worked for you. Stay healthy!
I don't see the push up in the original workout by Zack Bush. He shows lateral shoulder raise exercise instead.
I modified this workout and added push up because this exercise involves a large muscle group and hence it produces larger quantity of nitric oxide
My bp fall down from 170/100 to 130/85 in just 3 days. Now this is routine level for me..

Hi Dmitri, thank you for your great videos, I appreciate it! I sent you a blood pressure question just now about something I've having trouble understanding, via the form on your website. Sorry the question was a little long, I just wanted to explain my worry about it. If you're able to e-mail me back about it sometime that would help put my mind at rest about high blood pressure when under stress. Thanks for all you do!
Hi Brad, thanks for your kind feedback! I just responded to your email. Please let me know if it has come through. Best regards. Dmitri
Thanks for the nice video. Pl tell me, is this exercise once a day is enough for cardio also? Doing it three times a day means equivalent of going to gym for three hours a day? Is Nitric Oxide not dump by other exercises like cycling, walking?
Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, you get some nitric oxide gets also released during an aerobic exercise like walking or cycling. However, to release higher quantities of nitric oxide you need to do so called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions. This is what Nitric Oxide Dump essentially is. You may start from doing this sequence once per day for 4 minutes and see how it works for you. Then decide if you need to repeat it more times or extend duration. Wishing you to stay healthy!
@@BreathNow_app very many thanks
@@bravo432 Absolutely, let me know if you have any other questions!
But how long does it last? That is the most important thing isn't it since there are many ways one can temporarily lower blood pressure.
Hi, thanks for your question. For long lasting effect you need to do this exercise 2-3 times per day and preferably combine with other exercises described in the videos on my channel. Please try them and let me know which exercise works best for you. Stay healthy!
please I need confirmation from you .. doing 3 or 4 sets in a row in one session and repeating this session another 2 times per day.. as total 3 times of sessions , am I right ??
Hi, I think doing this session once per day is a good start. You may want consult with your doctor about the intensity. If one session produces good results and you recover easily, then you may consider doing a second session per day. Hope this helps
👍
Thanks, glad it helped!
Many experts say 20 reps for each, some say 10 reps, some say 2 times a day some say three times. Kindly if you can let us know how many reps and for how many times. Also is this exercise is enough for cardio health also or we have to do something more for cardio health.
Hi, thanks for your question! Every person has different level of physical fitness so their capacity to perform high intensity interval workouts (and this is one example) is different. I would recommend to follow this set as recommended in the video and see how it goes. If you feel challenged too much - do fewer reps. If it feels too easy - do more reps. In terms of how many times per day. I repeat the exercises as shown in the video once per day. However I complement it with aerobic exercise (cycling, swimming, jogging) and also do 10-15 min of strength workout every day plus stretching. I think such combination of different workout works best. I think every person should try to find a reasonable combination of exercises which keeps them challenged but leaves them satisfied with overcoming this challenge. One more thing. If you feel next morning that all the muscles are hurting and you have no desire to repeat - you've gone too far. Scale back. You should feel challenged but happy with your performance. Sorry for a long response. Hope it helps. Stay healthy!
@@BreathNow_app bundle of thanks for a comprehensive reply 👍🏻👍🏻
Absolutely, happy to help with any questions
What is the breathing sequence?
There is no particular breathing sequence. The benefit comes from doing short high intensity exercises which among other things stimulate production of nitric oxide which helps to lower blood pressure
Can i do that for at least 30 minutes?
Hi, thanks for your question. The duration of this exercise depends on your health and physical form. I think you can do it for 30min if it works well for you. Please check some other exercises on my channel and let me know how they worked for you. Stay healthy!
Thank you sir for this kind of exercise i hope it will lower my blood pressure
Can we do lunges instead of squats in this routine ?
