Wonderful stuff, people in the rural think 100 faster than us in the city
wow. this is an amazing house. dont mind what people might have expected you to build. you have done more than is expected and the budget was extremely amazing too. it is your house and am really impressed.
This guy is genius, most advanced mabati house I've see n😮
This house is so well done, i am so inspired, thank you for sharing this, I keep coming back to watch this video several times to just get inspired.
@@BULLYVINCENT Thank you so much.
You are welcome
This house looks better than a stone house
In America they build house 🏠 out of woods,,in my opinion mabati iko sawa
Thank you Mr seda for allowing us into your beautiful home.
Most welcome.
Thank you for your constant support and encouragement.
It's amazing that people are embracing mabati houses and making them look fantastic. I had a landlord in Gachie with single rooms made of stone but his house was almost like this one. He built the bedsitters after the main house, and you could tell that he thought it out well because there was enough parking and common area flow. An income positive home is something great to aspire to build.
Thank you.
It is encouraging to have individuals like yourself who view alternative housing options with a positive eye.
@@atoncybiker2022good job.
Kindly share the fundis contact
Yes we need to let go of negative connotations around mabati and improve workmanship to create a good product. Metal sheets are used extensively in the US and Europe but they call it siding.
It is very stunning but I don't like mabati for the sake of insecurity purposes
This kinds of houses keep looking better and better. Kazi safi to all mafundis. Mr seda and ofcourse Cynthia.
Asante sana.
Much appreciated.

Mr. Seda, great creativity and drive !!

Waah beautiful house
A very nice house.
You deserve my subscription good job
Thank you very much.
Welcome on board.
Awesome, very informative
Most welcome.
Thank you for watching.
possibly in the near future you might need to apply the anti corrosive paint on the outer parts, but then you have done a good job indeed.
Plaster board can also be used for interior walls. You need to build the frames from wood then bolt the boards on, plaster then paint
Thank you for this insight.
Every day we learn.
Congrats mr seda the 🏠 is 👍🏼
Thank you, on his behalf
This is wonderful praying to have one like this 🙏
#Godspeed on your wishes.

Goodjob...Americans do..construct that way
Juu there's security and they need to pad the wall for insulation between the siding and what they call the sheet rock or whatever this one of Kenya mtu atapita na mabati aingie so its better ununue mawe and build two rooms uwe unaogeza pole pole
Yes kazi safi leo😊, hapo kwa cost was the main goal 👊
Asante sana😅
Waooh. Excellent 👍. Share the fundis contacts kindly
😂🎉❤we have one too in the village, mum did it for us, well done bro
Glad to learn that it is a wide 'Mabati' community.
Invite me to have it featured on the channel too, someday.
We should have another name for such a house not mabati house, this is job well done. congratulations
This is hilarious.
Thank you all the same.
advanced mabati mansion
God job
Thanks on his behalf!
950k can build a stone house up to roofing and maybe steel doors and windows
Probably so.
Thanks for watching.
And whts your point exactly🤨
This is a mabati page 🏠!! It’s a different model of building
❤❤❤
There are houses in the US that are built this way although gypsum boards are used on the inside. Plywood is ok but it is fuel for fire so it would not pass fire inspection. I think as long as you can escape from the windows during an emergency, you are fine in this house.
Beautiful home. Which part of the country is it located?
Good job man, I need the fundi who did your tank and wiring
Check the description box.
All the fundi details and contacts are there
Hi, does the house have insulation between the mabati and plywood to ensure the house is warm during the cold days.
Also what insulation was used either jumbolenes?
Nothing in between the iron sheet and boards.
No plywood was used in this case.
Thanks
Awesome video.
I'd suggest you write the amounts in video in KSHS ( and USD for international audience)
Or end the video with a cost breakdown.
Also words said in local language can be translated for international audience
Well noted.
Thank you for the tips and for watching.
I would like to use wood instead and interchange with bricks especially bathroom kitchen, front and back entrances and round the windows for reinforcement purposes, otherwise interior Gypsum can be ok, houses in the US are all wood and they are in hundreds of dollars
Thanks for watching and for the insight.
It is very humbling to know that such upcoming houses in our own country, are ranking high/held with high esteem in the countries that we have looked Upto, for a long time.
We need story where now they use solar electricity plz
They were both very fluent in English
Thank you very much.
The support and appreciation goes a long way.
I have a question
What if he wants to go bricks or any other way conventional in future,Would he demolish everything. In a way of renovation or upgrading,is it possible to do it without ruining the interior and other structure.
Hey I'm not a construction guy I know nothing go easy with me
Good question...I highly doubt the interior would be conserved if an upgrade was to be done.
Mambo nataka nyumba kama hiya

Kindly watch the whole episode to hear out his story and why he had to do it this way.
Thanks
@@atoncybiker2022 950k 3BRM ensuite ukitumia. Mawe inawezekana kweli ? If you get a funding who can do that for me pls connect.
Most likely he will still long to build a permanent house
There is no way a stone house this size with that quality of interior finishing costs less than 3M. Wall plastering alone will humble you....
Can you please connect me with the fundi to modify my house please
Please check the description box of this episode.
