MY GLUTEN FREE VERSION:
Mix:
80g Butter
50g Sugar
Then add:
2 eggs
225g Self-raising Flour (Gluten Free). I used:
1/2 tsp bicarbonate Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cornstarch (shouldn't need in making non-GF version)
1/4 tsp salt
200g of Chocolate. I used:
Mix into a paste and spoon onto making tray. Time and temperature will depend on your oven, so I advise you experiment. I put mine on Gas Mark 5 for 10-12 mins
