When you cough you open up the air sacs and capillaries in you’re lungs, giving the smoke easier access to the blood… It actually makes you higher But it also fucks you’re lungs way worse than is necessary… Also for those of you who smoke and don’t know this, when you inhale all the thc you’re going to absorb from that puff, is absorbed by the first 5 seconds… So holding it in after that is damaging you’re lungs with no purpose… any extra feeling of being high you get from holding it in as long as possible, is just head spin from lacking oxygen on top of however much thc you absorbed from the hit
