  • We start this podcast off by taking a hard look at the youth today and seeing how equipped they are to handle the world around them.
Many focus on degrees and other external things and while these are not wrong, the secret to success is simple. Discipline!

Discipline is the thing, apply it anywhere it will create the distinction. Our generation which am apart of has got to learn that- We were made to believe easy life style too much, we want to live with everything good around us. In this video my sister Ntale has already finished her glass of water but Dad hasn't because that's how our generation sees life. We don't like to live heard- God help us. Thankyou very much.... From KAMPALA

Get comfortable with the basics, and do it over and over, that's how you become the best in the world. That's how top athletes, Kobe, Jordan etc do it. Thanks Nataliey for this.

As as an aspiring young enterprenuer, I''d like to thank you Mr Patrick Bitature for providing this knowledge amidst your busy schedule, i always find myself on your channel and the information you provide is concise and facts-based unlike some other Authoritative people who are always telling past tales which in the long run is not advice to an aspiring business person. keep up the good work and I'll speak for all that come hear and seriously listen and try to pick some knowledge out of it that you are doing far more a greater Job than all other business people out there .
About grit i'd disagree abit with your daughter, see i think grit is not opinion based. Its more of commitment based , how far you are willing to chase your goal regardless of what others think . so youth out there just think , plan , and execute .

It is amazing how your dota is just as good as daddy. What a platform this is for you and dota, from two generations to educate us. This is surely the best way to Give back, if that even makes sense. You do not even have to, but society thinks so anyway. I am amazed by you and you two make such a great team.

Important information here. No proactive nature Dependence syndrome too much. This is to do with millennials everywhere not just in Uganda.
However for innovation and entrepreneurship to tackle unemployment to thrive the education system must change.
I have was lucky to be part of YALI leadership program, it made me realize that innovation should be intentional.
Education overhaul is the way to go.
