Been working with Justin, so far it’s been a great experience. This video also saved me from messing up my barrel shroud, he won’t lying when he said it was reversed threads. Lol
I love my Yugo M49/57 and always gets the looks at the range. My M49/57 was built by MakArms and his design is similar. It's like a PPSH 41 got together with a Beretta 38a!! One thing is for sure, this design was way better than the later M56...
The back cap? Theres two pin holes in the back center button. Those twist the center piece off then the cap comes apart. Need to make a tool to go into those two holes to turn it, or like I did, grab it in the vice and repair the damage done later. 🤣
Email me and I’ll send them over. Jpmachine607@gmail.com. All you really need is 1.75” behind the crotch of the rear mounting strap to the back of the tube, the rest of the receiver I spaced with the stock.
Hi there, first of all let me just say that I find this to be a really nice video and a clever take on this whole build. Now... about those dimensional drawings that you've found, would you be willing to send them to me via email address or just post a link to where you found them? Thank you in advance.

My father owned a machine like this in Tuzla when he served in the JNA in 1971
Neat!
Imis the receiver tube spot welded into magazine well? Could i brill out the welds a d remove the old tube to out a new receiver tube in?
You’ll have to melt all the brazing holding the two together as well, but I don’t see why not
JP, how did you get that cap off of the guide rod buffer? I cannot for the life of me get that piece apart.

Where can I get the dimensional drawings?
