I’m assuming this image is already stacked correct? Is there a way to stack in PI for planet videos?
Yes, using autostackkert!3, though I don’t think you can stack planet videos in pixinsight.

In the clone stamp section, you are first instruct to click on the image? is that correct. The instruction is way too fast, and really not see what your are directing to select.
