I remember one time when I was in school. Back then we had a Wind Orchestra Competition and my school was the host. For finals, we called a Japanese instructor as a judge. The other judges were Malaysians. The competition was supposed to start at 10am. And of course, that Japanese judge arrived at 9am. My teachers panicked because it was too early plus they knew the competition would start much much later. Long story short, the finals started at around 10.30++am. So that judge had to wait for more than 1.5 hours.. 😆
During the after-scene, you can see how much Malaysian culture affects them so much, we Malaysians cannot maintain the serious mood for 10sec during acting :D
In my office, we have this what we called “round table” where we simply put varies of snacks and foods to share with entire office. And as long as we completed our hours 9hours daily (no fixed timing, earliest we can clock in at 7.30 and latest at 10) or we completed our work, we can go home at ease. So yeah. I’m happy as everrrrrrr

When its time to go home, My boss : what are u doing? Go back home. He's more punctual than me. Even set alarm on 6 pm so that he can go back on time 😂
I had a chance to work in Japan for a few months and agree the comparative reality shown here is so true yet so funny. Yes, working life in Malaysia is not so perfect but more liveable. If you get along well with your mgt and staff, it is more enjoyable although Malaysians have high respect for Japanese work ethics.

Imagine eating ramen in front of your boss while having a meeting lol
This is funny, looks like Malaysian need to work hard and learn more from Japanese people.. But another reason why Japanese people love Malaysia. Hahaha!!!
@muhd hamizan I am just stating the truth. Yes the way they do in Japan produce efficiency but social problems like people working till death and decreasing birth rate is like the cause of that kind of culture. It's the truth. Just accept it.

Japan working culture should learn to relax a little bit like Malaysia's, its good for physical and mental health, unlike black company. While, Malaysia should learn to do optimum work performance like Japan's, as long you did your job splendidly, then overtime/punctuality should not be a huge issue.

Do not expect the company will love you.. Just do what you love.. Thats how you survive in the working world.. If the environment affect your life negatively.. Just change the job..
already done that 😂. aq dlu kje kt cinema tpi supervisor yg too strict n demands. New guys needs to know every thing n do almost every thing. But i just part time that time. the supervisor demand aq buat semua kje opening , kitchen, stock up, cleaning, customer, and etc. i just a new staff at that time not even 2 week passed thou. Klau slh kne tengkeng marah. Stress feel pressure from him. After 3 weeks, i done, quit. Staff lain ok je just supervisor too strict n demands.
Majority stress at work are from people. They make the working environment toxic.
The countdown is so true, me and my friend be like "10 minutes more" literally everyday lol
I'll be like close everything except the browser that clocks my working time 5 minutes before log out an chit-chatting lol
That's why I can't live without a watch at school. I would check the watch and if it's only 10 mins until recess, I would get ready. And if the teacher gave us work and there's only 5 mins. I would just play with my pens not doing the work.
I already left a hour before that
10 minutes before the office ends I'll be washing my coffee mugs and plates at the pantry already.
We're like, "Oi, 5 minit.". "Oi, jom balik."
Subordinate: I am going home it's 7pm.
Superior: But your seniors haven't finished their work so you shouldn't leave.
Subordinate: But do I get the same paid as theirs?
Japenese superiors: Shock in Pikachu
Working in Malaysia is fun, less stress,we eat,we chat "bawang2" one,we treat other equally. After all the fun the work are done🤣
@Rxx x hahahaha
Haha ni lawak
My office snack time would be like “big bos, lets eat pisang goreng” he then leave his table, grab one in his mouth and say “everyone..behold the crispy pisang goreng”
Everyone laughed. Then he went back into his room
My ex boss used to be like, bro fist us and ask us what to eat today and proceed to buy raw ingredients so we can cook in the office lmao what a chill lad.

@Rxx x of course... but not in every aspect.. as we malaysian are mostly social extrovert... we just need to find the right balance and efficiency..

I worked part time and the office has a whole pantry, got steamer, microwave, and tons of snacks 😂
not all companies in Malaysia are tolerant of late employees. so let's not say that Malaysian workers are not puntual . It's a misconception .
You know why we Japanese do "Karooshi"(Death from overwork), right? I wish there would be more videos like this. It has to change.
Yeah you guys working so hard..can i ask you, in japan is that strenge if u eat in office? Because we in malaysian can celebrate and eat food together..like this video ruclips.net/video/fQgCj-2x8tA/видео.html
Yes, Japanese very on time. If promise 7am, 6.50am already there. For Malaysian, maybe 7.15a.m will arrived.. Famous word, ON THE WAY. 😆

So funny 😂😂😂
In my office, we have this what we called “round table” where we simply put varies of snacks and foods to share with entire office.
And as long as we completed our hours 9hours daily (no fixed timing, earliest we can clock in at 7.30 and latest at 10) or we completed our work, we can go home at ease.
So yeah. I’m happy as everrrrrrr
What are the tasks in office? Im curious about office job
In Malaysia, you will call as "bossku" (my boss) by other workers

I had a chance to work in Japan for a few months and agree the comparative reality shown here is so true yet so funny. Yes, working life in Malaysia is not so perfect but more liveable. If you get along well with your mgt and staff, it is more enjoyable although Malaysians have high respect for Japanese work ethics.
These i heard from japan company~
Japanese nowadays( millennial) doesn't have the spirit like Japanese before, and now they try to find workers from Malaysia cause they see that spirit in young Malaysian today.
and perhaps if i pass all the interview and exam... i will internship my degree in Japan ..
(Wish me luck, Thank you)
Good luck! Hope you don't commit suicide (no offense)
@@blursedfly3504 wow that is soooo dark
Comedian Fly that's absurd and very rude to implying a country like that,as Malaysian can u be a Lil bit more sensitive? Do u like other people to describe your culture suicidal? i've work with japanese company before in malaysia and the japanese were so sad and they cried when they were send back to japan (they have 2-3 year contract to live here to teach us to work) they said they enjoy working and living here more than in Japan. we work in very relaxed way but work still done on time (and we got alot of snacks when working so its fun XDD)
Is it all japanese that strict? Here in Malaysia we would call them as "skema" or nerd 😂
Literally everyone in japan are ''skema'' lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
In Malaysia skema is one of crime. People will talking behind your back. Haha 🤪
Nerd 🤓
Skema people in silent will report your bad thing too.. 😂
Hahahaha. I can't help to laugh. We don't need to die for the company. We need to balance work and life. Good one Aki. Working in Japan is scary.
Yes... Betul..sokong 100%
Japan is so force, hardworking and strict.... Although it sounds brutal, but that makes Japan one of the most successful country in its technology and manners....
Malaysia, on the other hand, didn't put much force to the citizens. That makes Malaysia one of the best holiday destination due to its relaxing and happy citizens and tour places.....
Please reply if I was wrong 🙂
日本でも少なくともIT業界だと結構お菓子交換とかしてるよー
In Japan, there are more companies that work like Malaysia in the IT industry.

I have done my internship at top no1 company in Malaysia and we have lot of meetings with managers/higher ups. And in the meeting, theres a lot of food and they(Even senior manager!) eat while having a meeting. It is possible to do that in Japan? Imagine eating ramen in front of your boss while having a meeting lol
This is funny, looks like Malaysian need to work hard and learn more from Japanese people..
But another reason why Japanese people love Malaysia. Hahaha!!!
If you want us to have future social problem like Japan. Then yes.
@muhd hamizan I am just stating the truth. Yes the way they do in Japan produce efficiency but social problems like people working till death and decreasing birth rate is like the cause of that kind of culture. It's the truth. Just accept it.
@Rxx x we'll never know until we(Malaysian) do it, so i dont know the answer ^^

Japan working culture should learn to relax a little bit like Malaysia's, its good for physical and mental health, unlike black company.
While,
Malaysia should learn to do optimum work performance like Japan's, as long you did your job splendidly, then overtime/punctuality should not be a huge issue.

Okay, I'm a Malaysian and let me explain our work environment. Basically, we have a very flexible working attitude and environment. We treat each other like family ( from my experience ) and we always went out for dinner usually after work. If we make a mistake, our boss will politely tell us to not repeat the mistake again or they will scold us ( depending on his / her mood ).
