I living in jeonju! Honestly, Hanok village is very boring places for us. But seeing you enjoy it makes me happy, too. I’m a middle school student. So I used a bit of tlanslator. If have a mistakes, please understand. Even after nearly 10 years of learning English, it doesn't improve. I will study hard!

Hanoks are beautiful, aren’t they?!
Wasn’t a big fan when I was little, my grandparents used to own one in a small village countryside, so got to stay there when I went to visit them with my parents, and just felt weird and not so convenient, using bathroom was an issue for me I think as it was located outside…. Scary experience at night for a little child haha.
Anyhow now I’m super impressed by their beauty. The doors and windows are like picture frames 🖼 and with windows and doors open, the surrounding nature are brought into your home, what a concept. 😍
Ahhh, it's so insane to us still that someone would binge watch our silly videos. That means a lot...thanks for taking the time to comment. That is SO cool that your grandparents had a hanok...and totally sounds like the kind of thing you take for granted as a kid. It was such a cool experience and the lady who ran it was the sweetest. You just reminded me-- I need to send her this video!

I recommend You should visit to Busan or Jeju island. It's totally different from Seoul's atmosphere. Enjoy travel in korea with your lovely son.
We visited Busan (video coming on Thursday!), but didn't have time for Jeju this time...but we'd love to come back one day. Korea is a beautiful country.

Thank you! We were curious about wearing a hanbok but got a little nervous. I wish we had...it would have been a cool experience. In some other places it doesn't feel appropriate to wear the traditional dress, but I think it is a nice tradition in Korea and many people encouraged us too. We'll have to come back! The ktx is amazing! The whole transit system in Korea is so cheap, reliable and convenient and clean!
Gosh, it really, really is. I wish the US had more trains. Trains are our FAVORITE. Next week we're taking the overnight from Da Nang to Hanoi-- I can't wait. We haven't yet done an overnight with Hays, but Pete and I did the Trans-Siberian, and our honeymoon was a 35 hour train from Mumbai to Amritsar. Love them!

Your montages are always really well edited, I wonder how much planning ahead you do when you shoot or if its all spontaneous and just edited together later xD
Thank you! Very little planning! Wish we could plan more but traveling with a two year is tough! It helps that both Pete and I film. He uses the GoPro for b roll while I try to get enough to document/tell a story.
@@StephandPete You do a great job! Always really well edited, especially the montages to link scenes together! c: I do the same. I'm terrible at planning, but I use 2 cameras. one for A and B roll. Makes editing easier later when you know where all the footage is.

When it comes to Jeonju, it's bibimbap! Have a nice trip to Korea! How are the kindness of Korean people and their attitude towards people? As a Korean, I would like to hear from a foreigner's point of view and correct my wrong attitude~. :)

아기가 너무 너무 귀여워요 !!!!너무!!! 괜찮다면 찜질방(korea style spa) 체험도 추천합니다 왜냐하면 여행은 너무 재밌지만 피곤하니까요 😊 외국인분들은 용산에 있는 dragon spa에 많이 가시는것같아요 아! 그리고 마장동에 고기 시장이있어요 마장동 시장에 가면 좀더 맛있고 저렴하게 먹을수 있습니다. 사람많은곳으로 가세요 한국 소고기도 맛이있어요
