Pop is brittle. So add glue and make it thicker by adding coats of pop so it will be strong

my pop never form...they go as caking or crusty...

Try to add little more water and try. If there is not enough water, then it dries very fast and cracks. Mixing it well without any lumps is also very important.

Oh sad...it depends on the quality of pop powder too...next time try adding white glue in the mixture along with water.
