- WOW, Italy is GORGEOUS! We spent the first day of our two week Italy trip in the Dolomites at three of the most beautiful spots we have ever laid on our eyes on: Lago di Braies, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, & Lago di Sorapis. From a beautiful sunrise, snacks at a refugio, beating crowds, 360 degree views, and even a hiking mishap, this was one of the most memorable days of our lives and the best way to kick off our trip!

I love Italy and Europe in general. I live in California and have been to Italy twice. Once with my best friend and once with my husband. Very blessed to be able to travel.
So glad you hit the Dolomites! One of our favorite spots in the world!
We are headed to the Dolomites this Sunday (staying in Ortisei!) and are SO. EXCITED. We have looked at countless videos of the area over the past two years in preparation - but your videos are the first ones that really made this feel REAL for us! Almost shed a tear just watching - and we haven't even been there yet. Your production quality is excellent, and just overall very enjoyable to watch - thanks for sharing!
Awesome, awesome, awesome views!!! I will say it again...I'm so happy I get to see places I would not even know about because of your vlogs...THANK YOU!
A reason why the Pragser Lake (Lago di Braies) is so popular right now is because an Italian TV series is filmed there. Since it is broadcasted even in other countries (Austria and Germany for sure) it has been seeing a raise in popularity as a tourist venue. Easy to understand why it was chosen 😉 breathtakingly beautiful.
Que Bella Que Bella!
Thanks so much for these videos, love your enthusiasm. I’m an ancient hiker and traveler, lost my sweetheart to cancer, but still traveling and hiking solo, not quite the same but still so wonderful. Excited to do the Dolomites!
Thank you thank you thank you for this wonderful video and all the others from Italy. I really enjoyed all your videos mostly because it wasn't about Instagram photos ... or outfit of the day etc. Wonderful information. Keep it up! I'm really considering adding this area now to our Italy (10 year anniversary trip) this upcoming summer.
I've watched a bunch of your recent videos, but just discovered this one which is amazing because the Dolomites is on my very short international travel bucket list. Most times when I mention it to people they have no idea what I'm talking about, so it was really great to see this and add it to the reservoir of information for future planning!
Tre Cime is UNREAL!
You need one week, better two, to see all the best of the Dolomiti....they are awesome and IMO the best mountains in the world as for the scenery they can offer....
OMG! That lake! Totally worth the hike☺️
You guys are my new favourite RUclips channel ! If that’s just the first day can’t wait for the rest ! Brought back some memories for me I visited that area as a child , by the way what did you think of Norwegian air ? I use them a lot on transatlantic flights 👍
Beautiful!!! Bless you guys. ❤
I cant'believe you did all 3 places in one day :D I'm seriously impressed! And one of them was route 117 to Sorapis :D That gives you bonus points! I'm from Italy and I loved your vlog, I can't wait to go back to my mountains.
I can’t believe this kind of place actually exists 😍 thanks for sharing guys! New subscriber here and I am on a binge watching all of your videos.
Lovely video. I’d really love to go to Dolomites maybe I might go this year. Thanks for sharing this interesting place. 😃😍
Never been to it Italy but now I really want to go!
After 4 years around Dolomites, I would say that it was completely madness to do those 3 in one day. If you really want to enjoy and to taste every km you do around Tre Cime or Sorapis, guys you need a separate day for each one. You missed so much, like Lago di Misurina or Croda dei Toni or Cima Undici, lot of smaller lakes or waterfalls, very beautiful view points, especially if you go back from Sorapis to Passo Tre Crocci. You have basically choose to do 2 National Parks in one day, which is insane. Not sure where have you slept, but Cortina and Monte Cristallo are super beautiful it self. Pictures are awesome, really great work but i think that you should go back one more time to Dolomites and do it slower.
Cool video guys! That scenery looks absolutely incredible, didn't know an international drivers license even existed lol that's some pretty helpful knowledge
