I personally think the helmet looks like that of a third world country.

This helmet was designed by the SS in late 1944, I got a friend that work with army stuff and he told me that the Stahlhelm M56 was the best helmet available in the cold was as it's design allowed a better protection as it could redirect bullets easier than the american M1 and the soviet helmet
This Helmet didn't saw action in WWII, but when the NVA was created they took the old project and made it real

@@eduardh.5964 Unfortunatelly, we don't live in an ideal wold, so even the most peaceful of nations need military - to protect the peace. But it's truth that other outfit could be better, on the other hand, it would be more dificult to ilustrate that it's supposed to belong to that country, because civillian clother were probably similar in the west and east. Maybe Pioneer uniform or something like that?

@@Karoiso_0 it's true according to the history germans attack Poland and they forward to the USSR to leningrad first and then the stalingrad and to Moscow but the Moscow almost get by the Germans. In 1945 the USSR successfully claimed the east germany and the east Berlin. So tje germans are the first one attacked than the Russians.

Великая страна была ! в 1960 годах чехи пакостили делая дыры в бочке с водой которая была у русских военных.Русский офицер сказал об этом своему знакомому офицеру из ГДР. На следующий день вся чешская деревня наполняла бочку с водой чайными ложками. Больше дырок не было.
