Spanish speaking reactors reacted to this video and said that she is fluent but Lea is just extremely smart eventhough she can just speak two languages which is Filipino/tagalog and english but she has great set of ears which allow her to sing it like a native Spanish speaker. You might want to react to Lea's daughter as well singing "Shy" with her.

I just remember this song when my mom died and our eldest sister sing this song while she sing she dont event stop her tear pour downd and she did a little bet out of tune although shes also a choire member at our church, she use to a spanish lyrics because that was advice by parish priest use to, while i'm watching you and lestening the song my tears sundenly fall my eyes.

As a vocalist myself, I mainly do background music but I use the same methods. I am helping the main singer tell a story so I work to help emote the feeling they are portraying thru words in what I do harmonically, rhythmically etc. etc

Her name is pronounced LAY-uh (sounds just like Princess Leia from Star Wars). Lea isn't the "flashiest" singer (lots of riffs or hitting crazy high notes) and therefore some people aren't as excited by her singing. The thing is: she makes it all look so effortless when it really isn't. Her storytelling, her tone, her diction, her dynamics, her breath control and when she switches registers - it's all done so smoothly.
