If you liked Soul Hackers, I recommend Strange Journey. It takes a lot of the stuff you like (demon alignment affecting gameplay, normal MC, creative dungeon design, bomb status ailment 🤪) and builds on it. It has similar presentation as well, being first person dungeon crawling.
I noticed you don't really like persona 4, I'm interested in hearing why. It's not my favorite game either and has flaws for sure but I'd like to hear what you have to say about it
